It is a very spacious one-floor house, on top of a small hill. So you enjoy a beautiful view of the whole meadow with all the amenities, furnished in rustic style and high quality mattresses. It has, in addition to 5 complete bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a living room with large fireplace, a Jacuzzi area for 6 people, made of glass and easily moved and with separate bathroom, a 12-meter long swimming pool, a bar with a wood oven, bar and paellas. In addition to another kitchen a game room with pinball, ping pong, etc. Due to its high location, in August, there is always a small breeze and it is not hot. It is usually occupied on the weekends. So the details of the house are carefully attended to, both in decoration and comfort. It has no stairs, so it is also ideal for small children (for safety) as well as for people with mobility issues. It has a small children's play area, with a swing, and a slide, as well as an outdoor barbecue.

La Musical is a rural resort located in Valdenoches, Guadalajara. The property consists of a spacious house and a cosy apartment (which can be rented together or separately), where we have seen to every detail, less than an hour from Madrid. The heated pool is free of charge (it is prohibited to enter the pool area with glass objects; if glass is found during cleaning, a charge of €300 will be made for the damage caused), and the hot tub is available on request and at an additional cost).

It has a private-use summer pool (with a 3-hour circulation cycle), barbacue, and a large additional room with sofas, dining table and bar to enjoy with the family in the lower part of the house. Also, you can enjoy hiking in the near routes of Mesones.

Located in Guadalajara, the "Refugio El Cañal" is a unique building with various uses over time. It is in Taracena, a district of Guadalajara, a short distance from two emblematic mountains such as Peña Hueva (where part of the film Spartacus with Kirk Douglas was filmed) and Pico del Águila. You can make noise as there are no neighbors around. It is located within an Activities complex called "Territorio Aventura" where you can do paintball, 4x4, archery, etc.
