The Monti district, a historic district, is located a few hundred metres from the house. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are within a couple of minutes' walk.

In the heart of historical Rome, close to Portico d'Ottavia and Piazza Venezia, the loft is located in an ancient renovated stable belonging to a XV palace (Palazzo Lovatelli). The loft has been redesigned by an architect and is often the residence of artists who have contributed to the artworks in the loft, and who work for the nearby Street Art Gallery, Galleria Varsi.
