Indoor parking for two cars, shower and outdoor laundry. Services such as restaurant, supermarket, butcher shop, fruit shop, etc... are all reachable on foot, about 200 meters. Through the beach you can easily reach the campsite that is only 100 meters away, where you will find animation and music for the whole family. The wide beach will guarantee you privacy and tranquility in the beautiful crystal clear waters of Circeo. Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
