big enough for a big family, it's cold because there's a lot of ventilation so you don't need to use air conditioning, the service is rama and the guards are also good and always on standby if we need anything and there are any obstacles .

Very comfortable, got complimentary breakfast and also tea and coffee. The place is really nice! I like it, the kitchen is really complete too. So if you want to cook, you can make your own dinner

very good, the place is neat as in the photo, the message in this place must be in accordance with the people staying (small children are not counted) because you will get a charger if it is not in accordance with the app, even though the check-in is a bit late the admin wants to give an extra 1 hour check-out so it's still not a loss, all the equipment works and the place is very clean and comfortable for families, the bathroom is not in all the rooms so you have to be careful if you choose the type of villa in joi house it is adjusted to the needs and people who come

Loveliest place, especially for a family getaway. Feels like finding a peaceful, Japanese gem all the way in the middle of Bandung. The onsen-style bath is what stood out, and the tatami room is such an authentic touch. The host Januar is very friendly, and the caretaker of the house Pak Didin is super helpful. Don’t miss out on their bonfire offering. Thank you, we had the best time! Ps: Although the neighbourhood is lovely, clean and generally quiet, but it seems that there are some constructions around when we stayed there. Not a deal breaker for us, but for future guests who might be sensitive to noise maybe ask the host before booking.

Thank you Mr Andrew and his staff at the Airbnb. We had a wonderful experience staying here. We had relatives that are 80 yrs old + but the ease of getting around in this Airbnb was tremendously helpful for us. Mr Andrew and his team were very accommodating and let us checked in a bit earlier so the elders can rest and enjoy chatting in this beautiful house. We couldn’t ask anything better than this and the property itself exceeds the photos on Airbnb. There’s restaurant and a shopping mall less than 10mins of walk and yet the neighborhood is quiet. It even has a basketball hoop which I was glad to throw a few. The butler at the Airbnb was polite and friendly. There’s no negative experience whatsoever during our 3 nights stay here and we would recommend to any family who travels with 8-10 pax.

it's an entertainment villa. Kids don't stop playing basketball machines, soccer tables. the bathroom and bath tub are very comfortable. the design and decoration is cool and aesthetic the balcony makes you feel at home hanging out while drinking coffee. and the most favorite is the Attic Room on the 3rd floor..the view is good at night or in the morning. The location is easy to find because the guide is very clear, the street is a bit up and down but a little. What guests need to pay attention to is when you will turn into the cluster gate because it fits the ramp and turn. Overall, we love this villa..will come back again..

Had an amazing stay at this villa! It was the perfect blend of coziness and luxury. The place was clean, and feels just like home. The villa's private setting ensured the peaceful and quiet that I was looking for. The host was incredibly friendly and communicative, responding promptly to all our queries and making sure we had everything we needed.

The place is strategically close to everywhere. the explanation in the direction of the villa is clear and there are options from which direction. the place is clean and the host is very close when asked/ there is a problem. immediately sorted out 👍🏻 the sofa is spacious and good for relaxing. the top floor is also higher than the building around so the view is really nice

great place to stay with your fam! I’m staying with my 2 months old baby and he slept just fine since the weather was cold😂 it feels like we’re staying somewhere in Ubud. the sound of the river flow, the cold, the nature.. it’s very calming.

The place is good, spacious, the view from the villa is cool because it is in the middle of the plantation and at night it looks like the city light of bandung. It's just that when we come in the pool is dirty, the water is murky and the jacuzzi is damaged and can't soak in hot water. The leftover food of the previous guests was not cleaned out of the refrigerator so it smelled fishy and rotten. Previous guest's used bbq tools were not cleaned. The pillow cases smelled like they hadn't been changed. It's a pity that a place as good as it's not maintained. Overall my family and I are happy to stay at adryan's place. Thank you.

The villa is nice, The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and fragrant there is a bathtub upstairs, in the afternoon it's bright because there's a lot of glass. Full cooking and dining utensils bBQ grill, 2 large and medium pans, 1 stew pot. plates,bowls, lots of spoons,forks available. there is a refrigerator, portable stove +gas dispenser+ full gallon water for entertainment there is wifi+smart TV with Netlix and Youtube, there is a bluetooth speaker that can be connected to the TV can be used karaoke. the atmosphere of the Villa is cold and cool, there is a spacious backyard terrace. for security is good because it is near the security post. overall recommended, you'll stay here again

Her place was nicer than on the pictures. Full cooking and dining utensils. Unit was clean. Host was friendly and responsive. Experience was very pleasant.
