Amenities-nya itu lhhooo exceed expectation, ada pembalut wanita, obat serangga, bahkan first aid. sangat senang staycation di tempat Kenny. Unit sangat bersih dan rapi,lokasi bersebelahan dengan Transmart Mall Cibubur dan berada di pinggir jalan raya utama jadi memudahkan untuk mencarinya. Kenny juga selalu fast respond jika dihubungi jadi sangat membantu dan nyaman jika ada hal yang ingin ditanyakan. Next time mungkin akan staycation di tempat ini lagi. Thanks Kenny 😊

Overall it was a nice experience staying at Jovito’s place. Some highlights: 1. Amazed with the well scented atmosphere and it fully fufilled the entire air. 2. Very easy and seamless check in & out process, clear guidelines and friendly communication. 3. All the listed facilities in the description were well provided, real condition is 1:1 to the preview shots and the one that ‘s beyond expectation was that He provided the prayer kit 😇 I’ll absolutely recommend this room to you guys and will definetely re-book again in the future! Ben eşimle bir hafta konakladım. sessiz huzurlu ve güzel havuzu bulunun nezih bir yer. araçla 10 dakika içinde alışveriş merkezine yada güzel bir restorana gidebilirsiniz. ve ayrıca çalışan personeller çok naziklerdi.

사용감이 많고 오래되지 않은거 같으나 낡은곳과 수리해야 되는 부분이 있음.간간히 벌레들도 있음.하지만 지내는데는 불편함 없고 우드톤의 분위기에 테라스에서 보는 수영장 전경도 좋고 위치도 편리하고 좋아서 지내는 동안 편안하게 지냈습니다. 다른 숙소와 비교하면 여러장단점이 있겠지만 가성비에서 좋고 다음에도 꼭 이용 하도록 하겠습니다.

love how it’s only a 5-minutes walk from the LRT station. there were also lots of food options to select around this area! miss adel, the contact person, was very very responsive and helpful <3

It's a great escape away from Jakarta. The apartment is as described and Janice is a very response host, who was quick to assist when there were some issues with the fridge. The building is quiet and you can enjoy the amenities well. We were a little saddened by the lack of streetfood options around the building (area), although there are a few nice restaurants nearby offering international food (Korean, Japanese, Thai).

Great place to stay :) footsteps to the shopping centre. Place is clean and as described. Host is very responsive and kind - thanks for hosting us and hope to be back some time in the future!

The room itself is great, but the mall below the apartment feels a bit quiet, and the cleanliness in the common areas could be better. Thanks pak Daud.

Indraさんのアパートはいつも快適で静かです。会社の友人もこのアパートに長期滞在しています。日本人が多いアパートで日本語スタップが在中しています。周囲は繁華街もなく、観光名所もないので旅行者向きではないと思います。 生活消耗品やアメニティ類はないので、アパート内のコンビニで購入できます。工業団地の勤務者や駐在員が多いみたいです。Indraさんはとても親切で、連絡も早いです。wifiはアパートの共有wifiなので土日や夕方はスピードが少し遅い気がします。私はまた何度もここに宿泊すると思います。これからもお願いします。

I had a great stay at this apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet and comfortable. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
