This is my beautiful quiet house surrounded by rice-paddies on three sides and the ocean right in front on the fourth side. For surfer a great right-hander reefbreak is located right in front of the house within two minutes walk. Sunrise at the balcony-sunset at the terrace. Attention: No parking near home because there is only a small alley. The place to make a car is on a public road, 200m from home. Then home can only be four adults and two children.
