great place to stay ! clean and well design villa

The experience of staying at Ella's house was very pleasant. from the smooth CI-CO, assisted by the very helpful housekeeper Kang Adang to the CO. Ella's house is really like the description in the photo, however, it is more spacious, neater, cleaner, more homey because all the amenities are complete like entering your own home. When we arrived, all the bedrooms had AC turned on, very comfortable after the trip & the room was fragrant and the mattress & bathroom were not damp. It has good ventilation & spacious room layout. With a large yard & the location is also not crowded even on weekends so it is very suitable for families who want to rest & or want to have an event that does not disturb the surrounding area. Amenities are quite complete Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, towels are all complete! Dispenser, Kitchen & bbq utensils are quite complete, we are very helped. That night we spent time with games &karaoke tools that are available. Thanks Raisa,wonderful experience!

Our big family (10 members) had a perfect weekend at the Gracia Villa 2 - Vimala Hills. The villa was exceptional & the cluster was also near the main gate which really ease our family in ordering some foods & buying some stuffs at the club house's mini market. The neighborhood was also peaceful & walkable to several mini gardens & "mini zoo". The villa's owner & staff were very responsive & professional too. Surely we'll come back next time. Once again, this villa is absolutely 5 stars & one of the "Steal Deal" in Puncak/Vimala Hills area!

The exceptional hospitality with clean and comfortable rooms is what I generally expect from an AirBnb apartment in bassura and Panos place exceeded my expectations. Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! Thanks for hosting us! ☺️

We had a good stay. It was everything we expected. As one review mentioned, the many-laned road next to the building is loud, even on the 23rd floor, but we expected it. The pool was the best we saw in Indonesia during our stay - big enough to swim laps and when we went no one was there.

Nice place, but I felt it was smaller than the photos made it seem. Wouldn’t stay again as there are better places for the price in Jakarta I feel, but enjoyed my stay.
