Charming and warm chalet, a peaceful haven!

Very nice accommodation that matched the listing well: clean, functional and located in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the simplicity of the welcome and the communication with the host, which was clear and efficient. Special mention for the pool and spa, which were really great! Perfect for relaxing after a good day. Our dog was also well accepted, which was a real plus for us. The surroundings offer good spaces for beautiful hikes.

The house is located near the Luchon market, you can walk all over the city centre. It is next to a large car park, the neighborhood is quiet. It is very well equipped and very pleasant in hot weather (the ground floor remains cool, there is air conditioning on the upper floors if necessary). Communication with the hosts went very well, they are accommodating. Very good stay.

The description is accurate. As a couple, we spent 3 nights and enjoyed a good part of a day at the accommodation and its peaceful exterior, with very little opposite. Everything is there on site, as described in the listing. We recommend this host and place to stay. If we return to the area, we would return to this accommodation! Thank you Claudia

We wanted to thank you for the wonderful stay in the casita. We really enjoyed the tranquility and the surrounding nature, just what we were looking for. Being surrounded by so much greenery, seeing as many animals as cows and sheep, a hen, and a very affectionate Plume kitten upon receiving us 😍 It has been a beautiful and very comforting experience. We had a lovely weekend! The place was very clean, well-appointed, with a nice decor. It has everything you need to make food. The bed at the top is comfortable. And the instructions for accessing the home while the host is away are clear. And the location was great for us who wanted to do some nice hikes. In short, nothing to complain about, we'll go back if we come back to the area!

The whole family was very kind! We loved the location; very quiet surrounded by nature and spacious garden for our dog to play with their dog. The only regret is we didn’t stay longer!

We had a pleasant stay. The little refuge is a very friendly place. Its small exterior is very appreciable (especially since we had a very nice weekend) Close to the city centre. We really enjoyed the stay. Both hosts were kind and helpful and very responsive to the messages. The apartament itself had everything we needed including all kitchen amenities, dishwasher, washing machine, cleaning kit etc. The view from the living room and garden was breathtaking and the apartament was furnished and decorated with a very good taste. The apartament was generally very clean and well maintained however a few appliances could do with being repaired/replaced. We relaxed in the hot tub however I am not sure when was the last time it was deep cleaned and serviced. Overall I’d highly recommend staying there and would be very happy to visit again!

Andréa is a very attentive hostess who can be reached very quickly. The welcome attentions are very pleasant, you feel welcomed (much nicer than arriving in front of a key box without human contact!!) The apartment is very clean, cosy, quiet, well-equipped, the small flower garden is a plus and well located. to recommend without hesitation .

The location of the village of Vilac is ideal, close to Viella and supermarkets. It is also a quiet town where you sleep without noise. It is close to a multitude of places to visit: villages and hiking spots. The house is as advertised. Clean, comfortable, perfect and with everything you need... a perfect place to rest after hiking between landscapes and exceptional places.

The accommodation is really very nice and very well located in Bagnères de Bigorre, close to shops, activities and free parking. The accommodation is well equipped and comfortable. I recommend it.
