Salinas Beach is quiet, peaceful, with a family atmosphere and just a 10-minute drive from downtown. The house has an exceptional location, facing the sea with a great view of the beach. On the upper floor, in the front bedroom, you can sleep and wake up overlooking the sea. In the back bedroom, you can see a beautiful sunset. It has an equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, one on each floor. The place is very safe, has a barbecue area and space for pets. The neighborhood has a pharmacy and markets.

Very safe and quiet place, as it is a gated condominium of 4 houses, where there is only one other resident. (fully furnished, with air conditioning and barbecue grill). Just bring your own clothes and bathing suits).
