If u prefer less busy & away from the bustling town, i recommend this place. My fam & I love the apartment. Big & spacious. Private lift all the way up to 69th floor. Nice view & layout of the apartment. Love the master bedroom. Even though the place is quite new, u will need to travel out as not much stuff nearby the apartment but u can easily book transport to venture out or just order in if ur lazy 😅. I believe in years to come, the area will be lively with new tower/mall will be completed. Overall thumbs up.

Excellent location above a large shopping centre with a big supermarket etc. Easy to get grab/gojek. Useful laundry in the basement. Communication with Farah is exceptional and the apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable and clean. One plus point is you cant hear the call for prays when the balcony doors are shut.

The place is clean with a comfortable bed and blanket, though the pillow could use an upgrade. The kitchen is quite well-equipped, including cooking utensils, cutlery, and a functional gas stove. The provided-electricity supply was sufficient for our two-week stay. However, no drinking water was provided. It would be helpful if the host could consider adding this, along with an extra absorbent bathroom mat for rotation. The room isn’t very spacious but is adequate for two people. One downside was the thin walls. On a few occasions, we were disturbed by the sound of the TV from the neighboring room. All in all, we loved the clean and super comfortable room, and the host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

I had a wonderful staycation at AirbnW. The location is very strategic, making it easy to get around the city. The place itself felt just like home—cozy, clean, and well-maintained. Mathilda's place is so far the best place I have been in my Airbnb history. I felt like home, place is clean, has nice decoration, Disney on TV, pillows are so comfortable, you can tell by little details she takes care of it. Mathilda is very kind and I would 100 % recommend anyone to stay at her place.

The unit is cozy and comfortable with easy supermarket access at the ground level to buy water or any daily necessity. The view is out-of-this-world especially at night. You can see Jakarta full of lights, so beautiful. It has washing machine and drying rack which are very convenient for travellers. If you wanna go shopping, this place is very close to Mall Kelapa Gading or Mall of Indonesia. Only 5 minutes drive using taxi or online taxi like GoCar or Grab. Overall, this place is very recommended for travellers who want to visit Jakarta. Thank you Adinda 😊 🙏

The place is super comfortable, clean, and according to the description. The location is easy to find and close to the cafe too. Complete facilities, make you feel at home during your stay. Next time will rent this again!

The first impression is that the room is very clean and fragrant. The apartment unit is spacious enough for 2 people, the bathroom is also very spacious, the toiletries and eating and cooking equipment are very complete, there is even an iron and prayer equipment.

Its was a beautiful experience, nice view from high floor, There is sweming pool, room was clean and thanks to host was a nice person with fast response.

I had an excellent stay here! The apartment had great facilities (pool, gym, sauna, whirlpool) and the mall just below had everything one might need. Mas Iqbal was also very flexible and responsive, would absolutely stay here again.
