Exceptional apartment in the center of town. The apartment is double-oriented with three separate rooms and two terraces. From one terrace there is a view of the Red Square and from the second terrace there is a view of the beautiful Pazar Church. The building has two entrances. One entrance takes you exactly to Red Square and the sand zone, and the other entrance is the entrance from the parking lot. The apartment is equipped with new furniture and white goods and is a real enjoyment to stay there.

In front of the cottage itself is a summer house where there is a fire pit for BBQ, kettle or roast , dining table and lounge set. We had an amazing time. The house is spacious, fully stocked with peaceful and amazing views. The host is super responsive and helpful. Great place for family with kids. It is next to walking paths, the river and close to downtown, but private and quiet at the same time. Georgi also took out from his free time to help us with a flat tire. We will definitely come back and we highly recommend to everyone visiting Varshetz.

We had a wonderful time ringing in the new year at the house. It's a peaceful and quiet place, and our plan to escape from fireworks was a success. The surroundings are amazing, and we enjoyed hiking and being close to nature. Thanks to Radisha for his support and responsiveness. We're now considering staying at the house during the summer - it would be an interesting experience.

The location is great — just a 10-minute walk from the city center and the canal, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the host, Dragan, was incredibly helpful and responsive. He speaks English, which made communication smooth and easy. The space was cozy and warm, even in the winter, which was a huge plus. It was also very easy to find, thanks to clear instructions from Dragan. The apartment was well-equipped with all the basics you might need. The kitchen had everything, from utensils to a corkscrew, and even some essentials like salt, sugar, coffee, and even pasta, which added to the comfort of the stay. Overall, this apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. I highly recommend it to anyone coming to the area!
