Delightful vintage home near the ocean. Charming decor with attention to small details such as fresh flowers in vases. Kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need to cook meals. Tomoko provided emergency food—delicious dumplings—and also stocked the kitchen with all the sauces and spices you might need to cook a meal. The ofuro was spacious. Beds very comfortable with nice linens. Tomoko met us upon arrival and provided helpful instructions about the home and appliances as well as ideas of local places of interest. She was always available to answer questions and friendly and warm. We loved our stay at her home and would happily stay again if in the area.

I was looking for a place to stay with a dog and a cat, and I got here. The room was very spacious, with a large number of rooms, an old house, but it was beautifully renovated, and there were a lot of heating equipment, so I was able to spend my time without being cold. 6 people and dogs 2.Accommodation with cat 1. There were two rooms on the second floor, one room with a twin bed and one room with a tatami mat and four futons. The first floor has two dining rooms and a kitchen. There were also two toilets, which was convenient. The stairs were steep, so my 80-year-old parents moved the futon on the first floor and slept in the Japanese-style room. There are many tatami rooms and shoji, so you may want to be careful with dogs, pranky cats that are easy to look out for. There were all the dishes and pots, so it was convenient to cut fruit and make miso soup. I happened to have a morning market and marche, which was a 1-minute walk away, so I enjoyed taking an early morning walk with my dog and drinking coffee. The communication with Imai-san was quick to contact me, the content was easy to understand, and I never met, but they politely told me how to check in and out, and I was able to stay with great peace of mind. It is a nice old house in the past, and the interior such as furniture and shelves are old-fashioned, and I think it is a very pleasant space for foreigners. Group accommodation. I want to cook my own meals. I want to enjoy Sanjo and Niigata. Foreigners, I want to stay with my dog, cat, I want a place to take a walk nearby. I want to feel like a school trip It's also recommended for people. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance!

Beautiful house located in a cozy town with mounds of snow! Highly recommend for big groups looking for a nice weekend retreat. We had so much fun cooking together and enjoying the local onsen.

This beautifully restored traditional house is located in a peaceful neighborhood, just a short distance from both the sea and the city center. The interior is tastefully decorated in a minimalist style, creating a serene and comfortable atmosphere. Our host was exceptionally kind and respectful, ensuring we had complete privacy throughout our stay. The town itself is very interesting, offering an authentic experience away from typical tourist paths.

The facilities were really great, and the bath was the best! It was a very clean and very comfortable stay.I'd love to stay again if I get the chance to come to Niigata!

I was worried it would be cold, but I had no problem. There was also a rice cooker and dishes, so I was able to buy side dishes at a nearby supermarket and spend the night. Thank you very much.
