This is a separate building next to the main building, with a swimming pool, fireplace, barbecue, karaoke, 100-inch Netflix, garden, and parking available. The manager resides in the main building, so you can get help whenever you need it. It is located in a very good place geographically in terms of wind and rain as it is full of sunlight all day long in the south. There are swings and sand play in a 200-pyeong space, so it is good for children to play, and you can also use the tea house while watching the stars at night. Vegetables in the garden are provided free of charge, and you can also experience the loess room. Nearby attractions include valleys and recreational forests. Barbecue is not allowed indoors, but there is a barbecue area where you can eat warmly outdoors. You can also use the karaoke room installed in the barbecue area.
