Alejandra was very responsive to any questions or issues we had before and during the stay. She was also very flexible in working with us on the check-in and check-out time. I would recommend this apartment.

Excellent facilities, the staff and the super friendly host had an incredible family vacation, the complex has everything you need to have a good time and enjoy, it undoubtedly became our favorite place.

It was a really big apartment, with really a lot of space for the 4 people which we came with. She made us feel very welcome, give a big tour through the house and even gave us a welcome cake. The place is a bit far from downtown, but within a few blocks there are plenty of restaurants, and the center is perfectly reachable by cab.

The independent arrival helps a lot, Manu is super attentive to any questions. The air conditioning in the rooms is very much appreciated. That super comfy hammock, you'll want to buy one. For cooking, utensils help a lot and are well cared for. The backyard is very nice and my dog enjoyed it a lot. That cold water in the fridge is much appreciated. I would stay at your house again, thank you for your attentions Manu!

Nice house, with kitchen / utensils, and kayaks for the beach. Quiet area, you can feel the privacy and enjoy the beach. They are always attentive and responsive to questions you may have... Good recommendations for tours and restaurants.

The place was beyond our expectations. Paula was an amazing host and assured that we had everything we needed. Met us on check in day to make sure she answered all questions and provided suggestions for restaurants and things to go. She was beyond helpful. The place felt like a home. The home was beautiful and honestly looks better than the photos. Tall privacy walls for the backyard and pool area. Neil was very friendly and always responsive to messages which was much appreciated. The home did come with some toiletries which came in handy. The home was clean and felt so very comfortable and roomy. This home has pretty much everything you need! My only issue was all the insects, which would quickly enter the home daily, but I think this is just an issue throughout the city, not necessarily the owner or home itself plus there was insect repellent provided! The ACs work great to help with the heat. Overall I loved the home and would definitely return soon.

The house was clean and with the amenities listed in the publication. The place has an exceptional view of the sea. In general, everything was very good.

We had a wonderful stay at Rodolfo’s place! The house is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Rodolfo is a fantastic host—very responsive and thoughtful. One suggestion I would make to future guests is to confirm ahead of time which amenities are actually available, as in our case, the paddle court, glamping area, and chicken farm were not available and we only found out upon check-in. That said, Rodolfo handled the situation incredibly well and offered a great solution that more than made up for it. This is definitely a place I’ll be booking again in the future! Highly recommended.

From day one Christine was on the lookout, super flexible and friendly, the house has a privileged location and has everything you need (and even more), close to establishments to shop or go out to eat-cenar, the pool and the beach were that plus that made the wonderful trip, do not miss the sunsets or sunrises on the beach or on the shore of the pool, definitely 10 of 10, thank you very much for all your attention 😊

Jill and Martin are an excellent hosts. The place is clean and comfortable, and Jill was always readily available to answer any questions I had about the area, or even order Uber for me to get around when I initially arrived because I had phone issues. This is a quiet place and ideal for someone who wants to walk on the beach and take a swim, especially early in the mornings, which I did quite often. Nothing is perfect, so my only recommendations are: this is a quiet town if you need the experience of a busy downtown you will need to take an Uber or Taxi to go to either Progresso or Merida Centro for a more lively nightlife. Also, it gets hot near the beach towns in this area, so to enhance your experience I would consult with the host on the AC usage time frame( if there is any). I enjoyed Jill, Martin, and a couple of other guests that were staying there during my visit...These are super friendly people to hang with by the pool while having a couple of cervezas!

Happy with our stay, we spent 8 unforgettable days, my husband, my daughter and I. We are grateful to the host Raúl for his kindness and helpfulness. The pool is very nice, we would have liked to use the bicycles but it did not affect our stay at all, it was perfectly compensated by the beach chairs that are very useful. The air conditioning, which is essential due to the climate, is very much appreciated, as are the multiple fans. In general, the house is very well equipped with more than necessary for the stay, safe and quiet, very good location. Didi is very fast and easy to get around the area. We are very grateful, we hope to return very soon :)

A very peaceful place with everything to stay at home. It has some nearby places to visit and the super of the village quite practical where you can find almost everything. What we like most is that María Elena thinks of the needs of different ages and tastes of her tenants, because there was fun for everyone The only thing we suffered a little was that the water in the pool was cold. It was not possible to heat with the sun. It is a highly recommended place to spend it as a family.

This house was absolutely delightful — beautifully arranged and full of charm. Everything felt thoughtfully placed, creating a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The access to the beach is especially lovely, with a charming path surrounded by small plants that adds a sense of privacy when you’re at home. I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return!
