An incredible Airbnb - highly recommended! We stayed here for a week while visiting Mérida, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location is wonderfully walkable: close enough to the city center to enjoy everything, but just far enough to feel relaxed and peaceful. For our group, the layout was ideal. The three bedrooms are nicely spread out, giving everyone their own space while still offering great common areas to gather. The photos don’t do justice to just how spacious and sprawling the home really is. We made great use of the pool and kitchen throughout the week. The host was super responsive any time we had a question, and parking was never an issue, even on busy weekend nights. Truly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. I wouldn’t hesitate to return if I needed this much space again.

Fernanda is an excellent host, nice and attentive, and the photos don't do justice to how wonderful the house is. It is very well located, where you feel you will find peace. It is beautiful, and the location is excellent. My daughter enjoys it very much. It's worth the cost, and Fer's attention to the house is new and every detail was very well thought out. It gives you peace and tranquility and above all security. I would definitely stay there again, and I would recommend it 100%

Roxana is an excellent host, from before arriving she was clear, friendly and I try to make everything easier, she was very attentive and quick responses. He welcomed us with some coconuts 🥥 that are appreciated 🙏🏼 in terms of the house has a perfect sea view, the terrace and pool are very nice to spend hours, the beds are comfortable and the house was very clean. We'll definitely be back, thank you Roxana for everything !!

Excellent location, the house is like the photos, there is privacy, my family was fascinated, communication with Jorge was good, I would definitely return.

The house was clean and with the amenities listed in the publication. The place has an exceptional view of the sea. In general, everything was very good.

The place is well located on a walking distance to Paseo Montejo. There is a lot to do in this specific spot. Our host has everything ready for a wonderful stay.

The house is fantastic for going with family or friends. It is very close to the center of Progreso but right where the esplanade ends, so it is very quiet and the beach is perfect and without people most of the time. Abisai is very friendly and helps with everything you need. We had a great time ☺️👍🏻

Elena was incredibly kind and responsive. If there was a rating above super host Elena would definitely get it. The home is warm and inviting.

Benoit is an excellent host and very kind. He sent us the precise instructions and with these we arrived and entered the house super easily. He was attentive and answered any questions we had. A very nice house, inside a private one with security, but what we loved was the tranquility, silence and peace. We slept really well, we rested like never before. The house is very comfortable, with everything you need to spend a few days of total rest. A very comfortable TV room, the bed in the room is delicious and the bathroom is a spa!! A large pool and garden, we & our dogs enjoy it very much. Highly recommended for spending a few days outside the city, recharging batteries, resting and sleeping deliciously! Nice house, with kitchen / utensils, and kayaks for the beach. Quiet area, you can feel the privacy and enjoy the beach. They are always attentive and responsive to questions you may have... Good recommendations for tours and restaurants.

Very cool, restored old house. Nice little pool in a private, walled backyard. Loved the airy living room and courtyard, where there is a hammock and a fountain. Fans and ACs in all the rooms work great. All the rooms have bathrooms.

This is our third trip to Janet's home. The pool is outstanding. We used the outside during most of the trip and spent many hours in the very private pool. The home is generously sized and the host was very responsive and was helpful with a solution when we asked for help twice. Groceries and restaurants were within a few blocks walk. We recommend this place for others and will definitely be back!

The backyard area of this house is amazing. Our children enjoyed playing in the pool (which had different levels for sitting in the water when it was hot, but also deeper areas for my kids to dive for pool toys!), and my daughter enjoyed the swings. There was a nice lounging area to sit as well. The main bed is in in the only “shared space”/dining room, so that’s something to be aware of, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The kitchen was small and we didn’t cook there; we ate most meals at a restaurant or brought back food. Kikeil is sleepy (no real town/bars/restaurants) but as long as you are OK with that, you are a short 30 minute drive to Merida or Progreso beach. David was a great host: responsive and helpful. Thank you for hosting our family! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Great place & location

Charming place! A very pleasant experience, with a quiet area and close to the sea. The pool is spacious and clean, there are hours when the sun does not allow you to enjoy it much but at suitable times it is perfect. The house is always clean and fresh, I recommend opening windows and leaving mosquito nets for the air to cool the stay. Without going further, I highly recommend it for the family, in the same way my pets had a good time even though mine are small and the patio is spacious. Excellent stay 🙌🫶

Excellent, rooms with super cool weather! The pool helped not have to go out for the boy who loves to be in the water, so it's an alternative to having to be on the beach every 2 hrs. There is an Oxxo 2 blocks away and the center is relatively close (5min by car). Definitive is a very viable option with everything you need to stay in the worry-free playita.

The photos do not do the house justice! yes, it is a rustic but divine house!! excellent decor, safe place to sleep, the ocean front pool area is fabulous. We will definitely return. It's worth mentioning that it looks like they just had full maintenance on the house because it looked freshly painted.

In general, the house is very good, clean and spacious, the pool is very clean and perfect for relaxing, although the house is open, it is a very safe and quiet area. There was a problem with the light and the refrigerator and Naim fixed it very quickly. Although there is not much to do in the area, about 10-15 minutes by car you can find more tourist activities. The only thing I didn't like very much is that the person who cleans the house came in without telling us beforehand.

Excellent accommodation and host

The house is nice but needs maintenance, the upstairs bathroom has no door and it's difficult when you go as a family. The downstairs bathroom has no toilet. The doors of the rooms do not close or open well, as well as the gates. The curtains are worn. The location is very good, the beach is incredible.

It is a very nice house, it has everything to have a great time as a family, everything is very comfortable. The only thing to consider is that it is an area of low electrical intensity, so at night if there are many people, the lights will be failing or they will be very low, but despite that we had a good time.

Chuburná villa was perfect for our needs. Right on the beach. Clean pool. The sound of the waves was so peaceful. We felt safe. The villa is huge! Everything was as described. Internet was great. Power in the entire area was off for a day but I found candles. Sitting on the back porch was just awesome. You can see the many ships arriving/departing at Progreso. No bugs when we were there. Bbq worked fine. The kitchen was well-enough equipped but the knives were super dull, the pump in the bedroom was loud when turned on and porch could use more comfy chairs loungers. Hammocks are provided. There is no gated entry nor doorbell so Keep in mind, if you leave the front door open, you might get people coming to sell fresh fish which caught us off guard seeing someone suddenly standing there. They were always polite and we did buy from the first guy but we started keeping the front door closed after that. Highly recommend Angie’s place!!
