Holiday houses in Chonnabot

I had a family vacation for the past 2025 Songkran. The property is in the village of the project. There are security guards throughout. There is a beautiful garden to walk around in front of the house. There are other gardens in the village. The place is close to Bueng Kaen Nakhon. Easy to walk around. The owner is responsive, gives good advice.

The room as well as the other we booked where beautiful and clean. The view is nice, especially when it gets dark. Ploywarat is super nice and was always reachable for our questions.

This condo is in a great location and It's as comfortable as home This is a house with a great view and I would recommend it to anyone

Very friendly and responsive host that I had a pleasure to communicate with during my stay. The apartment is equipped with all the necessities I needed, and would also be sufficient for a longer stay. It was also clean and free of clutter. The location is convenient to explore Khon Kaen - it's also next to the Central shopping mall. Overall, recommended if you are coming to the city and looking for a place to stay :)

We stayed with Songkran and we loved it. It was walkable from the city and it was nice to stay in a wuit neighbourhood. The communication with sittinwas very good and helpful. Definitely recommend

Sumantha is a very friendly host. Helphul and caring. it's a cozy place. Terrase is really nice. The kitchen is fairly well equipped. All in all a nice place. I can recommend it

The room is clean and much more spacious than it looks in the photos. Located on a high floor with a great city view, it’s perfect for both relaxing and working. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people — really great value! I’ll definitely stay here again. *The bed is super soft and comfortable.

I stayed at this place over 1 month and even extended my stay. For me it was the perfect place for work and experiencing the city. Internet is good and the aircon too. The bed is comfortable. The neighbors are friendly too. I really enjoyed my stay and looking forward to come back soon. Evan is a very nice host, kind, friendly and always asks if you happy. I can recommend this place 100%.
