Sunisa’s place is awesome! Her staff were very helpful, and the airbnb is in an awesome location. It was quiet for a city apartment, and there was plenty of room for us all to mingle while also having private space in our rooms. The laundry was an added bonus.

We had a wonderful stay at Charin’s home. The house is clean, spacious, and full of charm, exactly as described. It’s well equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen, air conditioning, washing machine, and even thoughtful extras like bottled water. The location is peaceful yet very convenient, just a short walk to IconSiam, the BTS station, 7-Eleven, and plenty of local food spots and street vendors. It really gives you a taste of authentic Bangkok while still being close to everything. Charin was an excellent host, responsive, and helpful from the moment we booked. His instructions were clear, and he always responded quickly to any questions we had. We felt right at home and very well taken care of during our stay. This place is a true hidden gem, and we’d happily return again. Highly recommended!

The host was very nice and helpful — he even made sure to be there when we checked in. The design of the place is great, especially the living room, which is stylish and perfect for young people. Everything was smooth and enjoyable. The only minor downside is the soundproofing — you can hear some noise from outside in the morning. But overall, a great experience!

Great place to stay! Spacious and clean. Rooms are in the 3rd and 4th floor which made carrying the luggage challenging. Other than that everything was good!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Bangkok! The location is perfect, as it everything is close by, yet the surrounding area is peaceful and local. The apartment was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed. We felt very safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. A big thank you to the lovely hosts, especially Co-Host Alice, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Her tips made our experience even better. She also took us on a walking tour around the very close by temple and taught us about her culture and meaning of certain things at the temple. It was also very interactive. Thank you so much again, it was perfect! We truly appreciated the chance to discover such a beautiful and authentic side of Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again!

We were a group of five and felt very comfortable in this apartment. Best location imaginable with access to all the best shopping and high-end malls. We can’t say enough about how well this apartment was decorated with ever inch of the unit being brought to its full potential with function and access. We would love to come back one day. Note that even though there wasn’t an elevator we found it easy to climb the stairs.

We had amazing stay at Tara’s apt. The room is very clean and near so 7/11 and some local restaurants. We felt really comfortable and This apt is recommend for those who are looking for apt near BTS❤️

This pleasant and spacious accommodation has a terrace on the second floor as well as a laundry room. There are shops nearby, and access is easy on foot or by Grab. However, the main drawback remains the long stairs in the building, especially for those with heavy suitcases.

My Daughter and Grandchildren stayed in this Condo for a few nights and it was perfect for them all. There was a stressful situation with my family and Park extended their stay to help plus assisted to find them other accommodation after. This was very kind and I'm very grateful to him. The Condo was very clean and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. The pool and play area for the kids was great plus the area had everything close by. I would definetely stay again. Stella was easily the best Airbnb host I have ever had. She was extremely responsive and quick to help out with any recommendations. Her place was absolutely stunning, exactly as described in the listing. Check in instructions were extremely easy to follow with information she provided. I am so thankful that I was able to stay at her place and highly recommend any guest stay there.

The place is at the end of Sukhumvit Soi 13, which is a ten minutes walk to the main road or just a quick motorbike ride. If you exit on the backside of the building you can easily access the boats which run on the klong (small canals in Bangkok). You can reach Pratunam and Central World this way in 5-7 minutes and even the boat goes to Ramkhamhaeng Airport Link station which is really good too. The place itself was really clean and since it's the end of the soi, it's also far away enough from Soi 11 noise and traffic. The gym is good for a small workout and the pool area is really nice. (Sign says it's 1,8m deep but it's 1,4m at most). Security is a bit over the top for my taste. I wouldn't mind a swim in the pool or a chillout on the sunbed without all those cameras and also I don't need a camera watching me while I workout. There is a guy sitting at the building's entrance, so he always knows exactly who is coming and he loves to take pictures of ID cards.

The room was excellent! Views were really hard to beat, room is remodeled really well. One thing I would like to note was the location of the room is not in the best part of town and stepping outside really wasnt the best experience in my personal experience, street vendors smells and traffic were a bit much. There are also plenty of signs in the lobby mentioning that airbnbs are not legal in that building to try and avoid any subleasing. If that is something that would bother you then try another place. We pushed through and had a really great time.

Had a great time during this stay. Tina is the best! super responsive and flexible. If you tell her what you are looking for she will help and if you need anything she is always there. Highly recommended, and some amazing night views. Located next to a huge mall, temple, massages, food, BTS, everything!
