Ancient Villa of 1908, built to become a factory of essences of lemons and oranges,which grew in the vast citrus grove owned by the villa. Then renovated, the villa was divided into two houses of 110 square meters each. In fact, you can book both homes that can accommodate up to 8/9 people. There is an intimate inner courtyard and a large outdoor garden all available for guests to enjoy. The two villas are presented with a different style, there is a modern style villa and a classic style. The first , which can accommodate up to 4 people , is characterized by a modern style, with exposed stone walls and wooden trusses , and a beautiful and warm living area, which includes a modern kitchen, with a peninsula for breakfast, 55-inch TV, large relaxing sofa with peninsula, a large table for lunches and dinners, and small design details. Two bedrooms, a double room with an air conditioner, and an attic overlooking the living area. There are two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts. The other villa, more classic and intimate, is characterized by an ancient style, also with living stone walls and wooden trusses. There is an imposing fireplace , which is the heart of the living area. An intimate kitchen for breakfast and aperitifs and a large table for lunches and dinners. This villa also has two bedrooms , one double with en-suite bathroom, where there is air conditioning, and the other a loft overlooking the living area, equipped with the Polifemo Ion refrigerator. There are two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts.

The house is new, very spacious, beautiful, well maintained and just like in the photos and description. A dream house where we felt very comfortable. An absolute recommendation! However, you have to know that you live quite secluded on a mountain and absolutely need a car. If you're looking for absolute peace and quiet, this is the place for you! The on-site support was also great. If you have any questions or problems, they responded or acted immediately. We can recommend the accommodation without reservation!

Villa Aria was excellent for 3 couples. The interior and exterior of the villa are great, nice design touches- very livable- and beautiful gardens. The exterior space is larger and nicer than we expected based on the pics. Very well appointed, and you can tell the owners have a good sense of style. The location was good, it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach, and 5 minutes to a cafe and small grocery store. The surrounding streets get busy with beachgoers during the say, but there is a driveway with space for 2 cars.

Paola was very friendly and flexible about the key handover. The place was very clean and tidy - we loved it there! The area was very quiet and beautiful! And, really nice view from the platform upstairs! Yes, without a car it is difficult to get up there. Upstairs is no wifi or network, but maybe that's coming - because when we had our stay there, the place was newly renovated! Thank you to Paola for making everything go so smoothly.

At the end of our trip to Sicily, we spent two nights in Catherine's charming rustico. The property is wonderfully secluded on a spacious plot — an ideal place to relax. The house itself is very stylish and furnished with a lot of love, we lacked nothing. We were particularly pleased with the homemade apple cake on arrival. The in-house olive oil was so good that we immediately took a supply with us. Overall a wonderful stay — too bad we couldn't stay longer!
