There is a grocery store in the building. The airport is 30 minutes away, and the bus station is 15 minutes away. There are shops, restaurants and banks. Please do not smoke in the apartment or on the balcony. "Subletting" the rental to other unknown persons is strictly prohibited.

The entire top floor of the house. You have your own separate entrance from the street.You will definitely like it. Near my accommodation there are wonderful views, restaurants and cafes, art museums, the beach, two lake parks, sports and entertainment attractions. You will like it, because in my home there is light, comfort, a kitchen and everything you need. Welcoming host, comfortable yard with parking(free parking for 2 cars in the yard), gazebo where guests can drink tea, coffee and smoke.
