Suitable for families with children, babies and pets, but also couples who love wide places or those who travel for work or study. It is easy to come here from the "Marco Polo" airport and "Venezia Mestre" train station. 250 m away from the bus stop, you can easily reach the historic center of Venice, Padua, the Venetian lagoon, Jesolo and Cavallino beaches, the Riviera del Brenta. Ground floor, no steps, large garden, two parking spaces in the private courtyard, just by the front door.

This is a fully-equipped mini-apartment. There is an open space kitchen / living-room area and a small balcony. The bedroom is quite spacious with en-suite bathroom, new double bed, large wardrobe, and sofa. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Public transport to Venice and the Mestre train station is very close. My prices are based on persons per night because I hate to penalize single travellers so please book for the right number of people

Very bright and new flat, 15 minutes far from Venice, really comfortable, noiseless, close to the main services. Perfect for families with kids. The flat is at the 3rd floor (no elevator), the sunlight is surrounding you all day long from the sunrise till the sunset. Restaurants, supermarkets and bus Stops are 5 minutes far by foot. Everything what you need is at your disposition. The plus is a wonderful "Home Cinema" with projector and surround system for your entertainment.

Ca' Leonardo: The charm of Venice in 15 minutes

Our accomodation?!? 15 minutes from the beautiful Venice that can be reached with bus number 6 which is in front of the house. Economical, modern and perfect for a family or a group of friend. Very important: the house is located in a condominium where it is absolutely impossible to make noise, especially after 22:00 and before 8:00. The house is at third floor without elevator. Please consider it if you have heavy luggages.
