Our stay here was great! The place is as advertised, clean, comfy, and well equipped. There is a great sun porch for enjoying views of the lake. Location is perfect as it’s a short walk to ferries and restaurants. We would definitely recommend Bridget’s place and stay again!

Barbara’s apartment is homey and tastefully decorated, allowing you to feel right at home at check-in. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need, with bagels, cream cheese, and local eggs waiting for you in the fridge upon arrival. The home is located in the heart of the Sault, just a short walk or drive away from many restaurants and shops. Everything is clear in the instructions upon arrival and checkout, and extremely cleanly! I highly recommend staying at Barbara’s home!

Centrally located, downtown, 800 sq. ft. heated solarium suite - bedroom, living room, small bathroom and kitchenette (toaster oven, microwave, electric frypan, mini fridge - not a full kitchen) and sleeper couch, attached to the back of my home. Private entrance out back, winter access thru the garage. Laundry facilities in the garage. Driveway parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome - see rules. Fenced backyard with fire pit. Great spot, clean, and easy check-in. Beds/pillows in all of the rooms were super comfortable memory foam. Ice fishing was slow (likely due to the weather…single digits and high wind), but time spent in the cottage with family was great.

We had such a wonderful stay! Tim and Sue’s home is beautiful! It had everything we needed and more. It is so relaxing and peaceful! Long walks on the sandy beach, listening to the water as we sat in the Adirondack chairs on the sand dune with our morning cup of coffee, relaxing inside in front of the cozy fireplace, it was exactly what we needed! We would love to stay again!

Our stay at this Airbnb was the best we’ve ever had! The photos were an exact match, perfectly capturing the spacious, inviting home. Check-in was a breeze with a flawless lockbox and clear directions—Google Maps led us right to the door. The cleanliness was impeccable. I have pretty high standards of what clean means, and was blown away by the spotless floors, pristine bathrooms and kitchen. The host’s detailed binder found on the counter for us upon arrival was a gem, with clear instructions for any questions you may have about appliances, the house, etc. The lake was stunning, and though we didn’t use the kayak, we will definitely come back to take advantage of the lake. The neighborhood felt incredibly safe, perfect for walks. Just 30 minutes from St. Ignace/Shepler’s Ferry to Mackinac Island, the location was ideal. The house was roomy enough for our family trip, ensuring everyone had space to relax. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much, Sarah!

We loved our two night stay. We used it as a starting point to visit the Shipwreck Museum, Tequamenon Falls, and the GarLyn Zoo. The house was bigger than expected and we had plenty of room for three families. We took advantage of the badminton net, kayaks, campfire pit, and the screened in porch off the back of the house. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked. The area is very peaceful but we didn’t feel like we’re in the middle of nowhere. The host was very nice, gracious, and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a comfortable spot for the two of us. The bed was extremely comfortable and bed linens were of excellent quality. Since nights were chilly, the heating units were more than adequate. Cookware, dishes and utensils were high quality. Bath and kitchen towels were plentiful and also high quality. The large garage, washer and dryer were greatly appreciated. So many more amenities than a motel room for less the price.
