Emplazado en barrio patrimonial. Este palafito es el principal de los 3, el cual cuenta con una hermosa y amplia terraza para disfrutar de las mareas chilotas y de las aves. Ubicado junto a calles de tráfico constante, durante el día y la noche. Es importante considerar, para personas de sueño ligero.

Fácil acceso caminando al casco histórico, iglesia (patrimonio de la humanidad), feria artesanal, cocinerías, banco, centro de salud, restaurantes, comercio. También ofrece lavadora con secadora.

We do not have private parking. Apartment 105 has a balcony overlooking the avenue. Capacity for up to 2 people. 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, 1 private bathroom, a living room, and a fully-equipped kitchenette. Daily cleaning and breakfast not included.
