The environment is wonderful, wild rabbits can be observed, it is very quiet, organized, clean, inside the condominium the staff is very friendly as well as the community. The apartment has a wonderful view at sunrise, I recommend one day at least in its instance to get up to appreciate it. The apartment is very comfortable, it has all the equipment to feel at home, especially if they go for excursions you can use the washing machine. The park is appreciated especially if you are traveling with a child@ like me. If you travel in a good climate you can move by walking to some nearby places such as a franca area, wetland, mall (where the super market is located, food patio among other shops). The main avenue has a whereabouts where locomotion of the area passes as micros with a tour. If you don't have a car like me using Uber to move you will facilitate your stay.

Excellent apartment, very well equipped and with a wonderful view. Located in a quiet neighborhood, with businesses just a few meters away and very close to the center, you can easily walk there. It's just like the description and it was impeccable. Communication with the host was very smooth, very friendly and they assisted me in everything I needed. I definitely recommend it and will be back.

This place was absolutely fantastic! A beautiful apartment right in the heart of everything—attractions, restaurants, stores—you name it. But what truly made my stay exceptional was Gianina. She is, without a doubt, the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. As a full-time nomad, I move from one Airbnb to another constantly, and I can only wish every host were like Gianina. She was incredibly attentive, always ready to answer my questions, offer thoughtful recommendations, and go above and beyond to ensure my trip to Ushuaia was unforgettable. Comply with everything you promise. Alcides is a great host. The apartment is very comfortable, it has those details that are sometimes missing in the accommodations. It's to highlight cleanliness and neatness. Very comfortable beds. It's a very central spot, you have everything close by. It's a place we would go back to without hesitation!

I didn't find the right address because of the wrong location, and the host drove over the blizzard to pick me up.The room is fully equipped.Clean, not far from the city center, there is a small supermarket downstairs, life is convenient, the host is warm and modest, I will definitely recommend my friends to stay here next time

Damian is a great host. He was very friendly and responsive. His responding time was always less than 10 minutes. The house is in the residential area, yet still easy walking distance to the city center. Very good value for money.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The location is amazing, with a breathtaking view of the boats, which made every moment even more special. The location is excellent, very close to the centre, which made tours and travel much easier. I would also like to highlight the host Ana, who was extremely attentive, helpful and always available to help with whatever was needed. I highly recommend you stay.

Very comfortable, cozy, clean and above all perfectly located. Perfect heating, aromatized environments and perfectly equipped depto (even more than the description says). The extraordinary pool and very friendly and flexible hosts. I would definitely stay again.

We were 2 weddings comfortably accommodated in a butterfly apartment in a new condominium, all clean, safe in the surroundings, easy access to different places of the city by vehicle. The apartment does not have its own parking but Rossana got us one in the same condominium. There was no TV, but we don't need it.
