Village House Rental.

Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin, with Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, it comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with a new sofa bed (with a real 18-cm mattress), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a large bedroom with a double bed and storage space. There is a courtyard with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. Ability to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee 40€.

The 12Ha park and the 2 ponds are ideal for walks in nature and to fish. The heaten pool and the 2 barbecues will allow you to enjoy the sunny weather. Located in the middle of the famous Loire valley region, you can access well known vineyards and castles (Chenonceau, Saumur, Azay-le-Rideau...) as well as leasure parks and national zoo (La Flèche)

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with access to the Loir, ideal for fishing lovers. There is an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower room and separate toilet. A few kilometers from the Voie Verte for safe walks. 15 minutes from La Flèche Zoo, Lake Monnerie, just 10 minutes from Le Lude and its castle. Come and discover other activities (the 24 Hours of Le Mans and its museum, our beautiful cities of the Loire Valley...) Restaurant 100 m away The cottage will delight each of you.

Château Stables with Truffle Orchard

In the grounds of a 15th century château - featured in a number of home & interior magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. (This accommodation has not been adapted for people with disabilities of any kind.)

A house with character in the heart of a 45-hectare park

Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Our philosophy: furnishing a house as if it was meant for our friends, our extended family

Family cottage for 10 people - La Flèche Zoo

This single-story accommodation welcomes your family with 3 Bd that will accommodate 10 people and 2 babies. At the back of a quiet courtyard, you benefit from a garden completely enclosed and not overlooked. Bedding is provided. Possibility of accommodating up to 20 people and 4 babies by booking an adjoining cottage. A 120 m² reception room can also be reserved. The whole is located in a small village near the Flèche and Le Lude, between Angers, Le Mans and Tours and Saumur.

A hidden gem in the Loire Valley

Come and relax in this quiet house, tucked away in a small village halfway between Angers and Tours, close to the Baugé Golf Course, castles and tourist sites (Le Lude and the Flèche zoo are around twenty minutes away). Old and full of charm, our holiday home will comfortably accommodate you with 10 or (even 12 with the sofa bed in the office area) friends or family. In the evening, an aperitif is taken in front of the fireplace or outside, facing the 11th century church.

La Terrasse du Loir cottage, 3 km from the La Flèche Zoo

Welcome to La Terrasse du Loir, a 115 m² cottage open since 2021, ideally located by the Loir and about 3 km from the La Flèche Zoo. The property can accommodate up to 12 people: 10 people in the four bedrooms and two additional beds in the living room. The gite, the swimming pool, and all outside areas are exclusively reserved for guests. You do not share the pool with the owners or with other vacationers. The entire property is not overlooked.
