Notre maison est située dans le bourg de Villiers au Bouin avec Wifi. Composée au RDC d'une entrée avec placard, salon avec nouveau canapé convertible (avec vrai matelas de 18cm), cuisine tout aménagée, salle à manger, salle d'eau avec douche et toilette séparés. Au 1er étage, une grande chambre avec un lit double et rangement. Il y a une cour avec table et chaises de jardin ainsi qu'un barbecue. Possibilité de mettre vos vélos dans une dépendance. Parking. Tassimo Possible forfait ménage 40€.

Vous trouverez aux alentours de multiples activités ( sportives, détente, nature, randonnées, etc...) Zoo de la Flèche à 20 min, 25 min du circuit des 24H, 25 min des parcours de golf des 24H et de Baugé, château du Lude, Le Loir à vélo, le lac de Mansigné. Que vous veniez avec votre tribu, ou entre amis, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous !

In the grounds of a 15th century château - featured in a number of home & interior magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. (This accommodation has not been adapted for people with disabilities of any kind.)

You'll love this unique 120 m² cave suite with a private spa. At the heart of the rock, it offers a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a living room, a turntable and a refrigerator. The wellness area includes a large swimming pool, 4 jacuzzi seats, a counter-current swimming system, a sauna, an open walk-in shower and a relaxation area with sun loungers and hanging chairs. The house has a Canadian well, it is a geothermal system that cools the air of the house. However, you must keep the shutters closed when the sun hits the bay windows.
