This is a single rental villa with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa. The Koayu River flows right next to it, and you can hear the pleasant sound of the river during your stay. From the large terrace connected to the living room of the fully renovated villa, the lawn and countryside spread out in front of you, creating a pleasant space. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy the best time in nature, watching the stars in an infinity chair, taking a bath in the open air after a sauna, and having a BBQ. The tent sauna has a rain cover on the chimney, so you can enjoy the sauna even if it rains a little. The terrace has an opening and closing awning, so you can enjoy a BBQ on the terrace even if it rains a little. We recommend that you stay overnight and relax in the sauna and BBQ during the day. Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 11 am. If you want to leave your luggage early, you can also leave it before check-in time, depending on the situation, so please let us know. It is a 4LDK layout with many rooms, so why not take a casual trip with your family and friends, or surf every day while working remotely? There is a park for children and sea walks, so you won't lack exercise. After cleaning, areas that are touched are wiped down with alcohol. Alcohol is installed at the entrance and in the room, so please use it to help prevent infection.

We provide the second floor ( 100 ㎡) of a two-family house. The host family lives on the first floor, but the second floor is a completely separated house entering from the outer stairs, so privacy is maintained. The bedroom has 1 room with 6 tatami mats east Japanese-style room (3 sets of futons) + 6 tatami mats South Japanese-style room, 2 single beds, 1 semi-double bed is small room, living room and dining room. I introduced a low-elasticity mattress into a all bed. (Name is True Sleeper)
