This facility, newly opened from October, is a single unit occupying a newly built house in a quiet residential neighborhood of Kayagasaki. It is a 10-minute walk to Southern Beach and is equipped with an outdoor shower! It is an accommodation where you can experience surfing and life near the sea. This facility is a self-check-in accommodation where you will not see any staff, and can accommodate up to 10 people, so even if you are a family, you can use the entire room with peace of mind. The Kayagasaki area is lined with fashionable shops such as restaurants, cafes, surf shops, and variety shops, but it is also in a very good location as a base for travel in the Shonan area such as Kamakura and Enoshima. [Sumika Explorer] Open your five senses surrounded by greenery in the mountains of North Kamakura

There are many Zen temples in Kita Kamakura.This [Sumika Exploration House] is located in the mountains by small paths and stairs. Outside the large window is the ginkgo and the mimiji.You can see fresh greenery in spring, plenty of leaves in summer, yellow leaves and autumn foliage in autumn, and Ofuna Kannon in winter. There is no parking lot as it is only accessible by stairs.Instead, there is no sound of cars, all you can hear is the sound of birds chirping, the sound of rinsing around the roof, and the sound of the wind shaking the leaves. Go out to the garden and cut seasonal flowers in the room.I make my own coffee with a mille.There is no excessive service here, but please leave your senses open to your comfort.
