We are 9 kilometers from the equipped beach of Marina di Chieuti, cheap and easily accessible, about 20' from Termoli, one hour from the beaches of Gargano. In the surrounding countryside, restaurants, agri-food companies and an excellent base for hiking in the north of Puglia, Molise, Irpinia, the province of Benevento. Located in the center of the village in the immediate vicinity, bars, tobacconists, pharmacy and grocery stores.

The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.
