There is a reef running parallel to the beach which makes for good snorkelling and fishing, also creating a lagoon during low tide which are perfect for swimming & other water activities. In the winter months (May - July), you can see the whales migrating. Minimum guests per night - 2 adults. Restaurant on resort, with delivery, TV & Wi-Fi services available.

We have kept the original bricks and deliberately did not plaster them to keep the house rustic. Unsymmetrical paint too. 4 x 4 required for easy access to property from Bilene.

Casa Estrela, set in the secure Xai Xai Eco Estate, is situated in a private and secure enclave at Praia de Xai Xai with an 180degrees uninterrupted view of the warm Indian Ocean. 4x4 vehicles are not necessary to reach your destination.

Sleeps 2 to 4 people: Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. One bedroom equipped with a Double Bed. Shower, basin and toilet. 2 Single Beds in the lounge area. It is mostly a Sand\Beach Road. To get to the Resort it is important to Note that a Sedan or Low Ground Clearance Vehicle is not suitable. You would need an High Road Clearance Vehicle, SUV, Bakkie, 4X4 or 2X4.
