Family-friendly holiday rentals in Chichester Harbour

We had a great stay here. George was very responsive and helped with local recommendations. He was there to meet us when we arrive and give us a quick overview of the property and hot tub instructions. The property is clean and has all you would need. The hot tub is great and the beach is only 5 mins away. Would definitely stay again.

Great comfy stay for me and my friends. Last minute booking but Sarah, the host, was responsive and very helpful/detailed in her instructions. Place was clean and very spacious with all the modern facilities, big comfy beds and enough to keep large families happy and entertained. Hot tub was great bonus too. We did bbqs and cooked every night. Waking up to the Nespresso was great too. Area is a quiet haven and the big supermarkets are a short drive away. Bungalows in the drive to make it look like a scene out of neighbours! Will hope to visit again soon.

Really enjoyed our stay at Andy and Rosie's. The house is in a great location and we really enjoyed having the large field out front to play games in. Andy was very responsive to any questions and gave se great eating out recommendations. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Quirky chatectful home from home large place to stay with some great facilities. Like hot tub, quality air fryer and coffee maker. Comfy beds. Plenty of space for our multi generational family get away. Lovely welcome pack of treats. Description accurate re facilities..

Had an amazing little break with my dog. Exactly what i needed, so beautiful and peaceful. We went on a lot of country walks and enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. My only suggestion would be to block the decking off with a gate on every access/stairway so the dogs can have roaming of decking freely. I did not realise until i arrived that they expected the dogs to be on a lead at all times and not allowed on furniture etc. It is only a small place and I do not own a long lead for my dog or expect my dog to be tied up for long periods at a time when we are away to enjoy ourselves. To avoid them running off into the field these gates in place would be ideal so you can turn your back for more than 2 mins instead of worrying. Besides from this and a brief power cut, everything was amazing and i would certainly return! Thanks so much for having us. The pictures speak for themselves!

So nice to unwind, listen to the birds and decompress. Exactly what was needed with our hectic lives and schedules. Loved the quiet location and that our dogs could walk around the golf course and woods. Only recommendation we would make is a little freshen up and updating in some areas, like sealant around the bath (which was great by the way after a long day!) Having milk when we arrived was well appreciated, if there was a complimentary starter pack of some small jams/butter and scones - I'd give you 5* here! But a great stay nonetheless. Really comfortable.

We had a great stay over new years. We were two small families and found the space to be ideal. We ate at the local pub twice during our stay which served good quality food. It was a nice break

Tracy's place is the perfect getaway for a quiet weekend. It was a pleasure meeting Tracy and thank you for the helpful recommendations. The place was spotlessly clean. The log burner and hot tub are a nice touch. The local village has all the amenities you will need and some brilliant pubs. The surrounding countryside is perfect for walking. Lovely cottage, ideal for short break to Wittering. Short 15 min drive to the beach. The cottage was immaculate and very peaceful. Anne-Marie was a fabulous host

We had a lovely time staying in the house which was great - and I think in the summer would be amazing as the garden is huge! We had some problems with the TV but Emma was very responsive.

This is a lovely little house, well looked after and in a great location. Well worth visiting.

The Bowery is a gem! The house itself has everything you need, cosy, spotlessly clean and we loved the very welcoming touches with the delicious homemade preserves and prosecco. We had our 15 month old with us and the toys and baby equipment really made our stay so easy with him. The garden is a haven - we were fortunate to have amazing weather and made the most of sitting out (our little boy had a dream ready made playground!) listening to the church bells and saying hello to the cats. Lots of nearby walks directly from the house and a handy waitrose and small tesco too. The Bowery is a great base to further explore the beautiful south downs. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay over Easter, the weather was mixed but the village has everything you need- a few cafes snd pubs, baker, butcher, fishmonger and a couple of coops. Lots of places to walk and visit from the cottage. The off road parking is great but a bit tight for a larger car. The house was spotless, warm and comfortable. Stairs are steep ( common in houses of this age), but my elderly father managed ok. Thanks for a fun break!

Magical place! The setting is so beautiful, the huts wonderfully decorated, and with every thought given to comfort. My kids LOVED the stay, especially the chill out gazebos, and the fairy woods - truly a magical place! Communication was great, and Jenny really is a perfect host. We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic Christmas stay in beautiful Bramshott village. Olivia and Ed really helped us out when another host let us down at short notice. Cannot thank them enough for their flexibility, and for allowing our extended family to have a wonderful Christmas together. Olivia and Ed are great hosts, very quick and clear with communication, and happy to help with any questions we had. Highly recommend this home and location for large families. We easily accommodated 9 of us. Lots to do nearby, with great restaurants, pubs and local walks. Thanks again for a fabulous stay!

We had a fantastic stay at the Party Barn. Katie is a brilliant host, very responsive, gave great recommendations and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The property is lovely and Katie left lots of nice touches such as bread, milk, butter, eggs, cereal and juice. She also allowed us use of her indoor swimming pool whenever she was not teaching which was so nice and the boys loved it. The boys also very much enjoyed meeting the new lambs. Thank you so much.

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

If you are looking for a home from home or an upgrade from home, this is the place to stay. Arrived from Melbourne and immediately settled into the joy of living in the countryside. Although too cold to enjoy the pool, we did use the tennis court and shot some hoops. We walked to Old Thorns Golf and Country Club and can recommend Katie's Coffee bar. It's an easy walk amongst stunning scenery. We walked back via the Foley Estate from the Deers Hut pub. Liphook is so lucky to have not one but two stunningly beautiful golf courses. If their is a heaven on earth, we must have stayed in its guest house!

The caravan had everything we needed and was really well stocked. Perfect play to stay with our dog and very reasonable priced. It was sited in a lovely peaceful part of the park with bridle paths accessed easily nearby. Excellent communication with Emily, and we were even able to check in early which was fab. Thank you so much Emily!

We spent a fabulous Easter weekend at Driftwood Cottage. Catharine was an excellent host and was extremely easy to deal with. The house is spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The use of the kayaks was a bonus we hadn’t really considered beforehand but turned out to be a real highlight. The location is amazing. Right next to the ferry terminal but you wouldn’t know it when you’re at the house. The views up the creek at stunning. Highly recommended.

Really convenient location, we walked to the beach and swam in the sea several times and ate out locally. Lidl and a little Tesco very nearby for buying groceries. If you want seaside 2p machines, avoid the amusements next to the Beachlands car park and go to the ones inside Funland. The pools at the park were great; indoor heated was a little deep for smaller kids to stand in, but they particularly enjoyed the heated outdoor one and there was also an unheated paddling pool and lots of seating. Caravan was great although the door was a little sticky and the oven dial indicators required a bit of guesswork - kitchen much better equipped than many we have stayed in. It is in a great location on the park as it’s right near the entrance and main hub. The kids appreciated the PlayStation after time outside and Jonathan was really quick to respond to all queries. We’d happily stay again if returning to the area.
