This apartment is a large studio in the heart of Lincoln Park! New construction and all furnishings & appliances are brand new. It is perfect for a couple...but can also sleep 3-4 for a girls trip or a family with small children. You enter with your personal keypad code which we give you a few days prior to your stay. And we are always available by text or email should you have any questions about the apartment. Set in Lincoln Park, this apartment is steps away from shopping along Armitage and Halsted Avenue. There’s grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes nearby, plus red and brown line train stations that access Downtown and other parts of the city. Street parking is relatively easy around the apartment and we offer free residential parking stickers in the apartment on the desk. We also offer a clean garage space (with free EV hook up, should you need it) for $20/night.

Mimi & Paul's historic ivy-covered two-level coach house has a private entrance and an airy queen bedroom. The renovated kitchen is outfitted with European-sized appliances, though you'll probably have no time to cook since you're surrounded by the best restaurants Chicago has to offer. All of the essentials are provided to make your stay easy and comfortable...paper products, soaps, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, towels, linens and even coffee/tea! Free admission to The World's Smallest Betty White Museum! Oh, and a comfortable king-sized bed in a newly updated studio apartment. Centrally located in Oak Park, close to cafes and transit. Quiet, friendly neighborhood with ample street parking and a pub across the street. This is a basement unit with a kitchenette (NO STOVE/OVEN), cozy TV room, desk nook, and full bathroom. The bed is king-sized and has a firm mattress. The floors slope and there's no thermostat, but it's cute + welcoming
