This is an old private house that has been built for more than 100 years like a Kyoto townhouse on the Otaki castle town street called Boso's Little Edo. Otaki Castle (one of the Tokugawa Ieyasu Shitenno Honda) and nationally designated important cultural properties are preserved, and the old castle town, which is rare in Chiba, spreads nostalgia. When coming by car, it is 20 minutes from the Ichihara Tsurumai Interchange on the Ken-O Expressway. It takes 80 minutes by express bus from Tokyo Station to Otaki. It is less than 1 hour by car from Haneda Airport and 1 hour and 10 minutes by car from Narita Airport. The nearest station is Otaki Station, 12 minutes on foot.(Due to the derailment of the Isumi Railway, some sections will be replaced by the Isumi Railway bus)

It is conveniently located 90 minutes by car from Tokyo, 10 minutes on foot to the beach (Shirako Coast), and 1 minute on foot to a convenience store, making it popular with families with children. Outdoors, you can enjoy a barrel sauna and open-air bath (water bath available) while looking out at the palm trees and large garden. There is also a covered BBQ space and a fire pit on the wood deck. In addition, the entire yard is surrounded by a fence, so it is a private dog run. A fully renovated private house on the small wave moon coast of Onjuku, with a sandy beach right in front of you, comparable to a private beach. You can have a BBQ on the sandy beach, and the BBQ space has a roof so you can have it even when it rains. It's a great place to relax under a tent while listening to the waves, and the whole family can enjoy themselves freely. Please come. Pets are limited to dogs up to 60 cm in length. It will be 2,000 yen per dog. Please let us know when you book if you are bringing a dog. (We have dog shampoo and sheets) Please do not let dogs into the Japanese-style room. The Konami Beach is right in front of you, so please remove any sand before entering the room. You can use the wood-burning fireplace from November to February of the following year. Please note that we use waste wood for firewood.
