Accommodation in a private residential subdivision, so there was always access control. Area close to places of interest in the city's northeastern sector. Very good service attitude from the host. Everything in the home was clean and working. I would stay there again or somewhere else this host administers.

The place is very central, it has an incredible view of the canyon, the area, the sunrises and sunsets. They give you cold water since the heat is heavy, but in the area as the place ventilates too well. I would definitely come back.

Good location to go to concerts at the Chiapas Forum. It has parking, and the place is clean. Great communication. See you next concert there

We stayed for six months in this Pretty house. The neighborhood is very peaceful. There are two supermarkets located nearby and charming little restaurants. The house is very well equipped and well-appointed with beautiful trees and arbutes.Vanessa Patricia is a charming host of remarkable and very responsive kindness. Chris surprised me with the place. I thought it was small, and had no expectations. Flowers and plants all around, a talkative and full of generosity of Chris that shared the sunset, a beer and life experience, made me feel safe, comfortable and happy. He will do some changes to the place and I’m sure it will be lovely. I love the neighborhood!! I fully recommend it, will visit it again, and will love to see Chris again. Great place, 100% recommended. Beautiful apartment with garden views and city views, great private patio area too. Very clean, quiet, private, a lot of sunlight. Cleaning service includes weekly sheets, towels and etc. changing, Also optional room cleaning. WiFi is super good for working remote. Well furnitured kitchen and spacious. Lots of hot water and water pressure. No dog barking, no street noise. We even got welcome gifts! Location is awesome. Convenient surroundings, bakery, frutas y veduras, cheese, tiendas, barbershop, agua station, and laundry, all in the same street or around the corner or just one block away. Around 5 min. Walk from ADO bus station, 8 min. Walk to the center, 12 min. walk to a mountain view and city view church, 15 min. walk to the SEDEM (a huge sport complex). Ana is responsive and helpful. We definitely return.
