Villa holiday rentals in Chiang Mai

This is a wonderful house , the host is super nice and always helpful. We stay more than one month for Chinese New year , the house location good it is in nice village . The room are very bright and big . Everything is great. Strongly recommend for family long stay .

Put the key in the lockbox at the door! I went out directly, and after going around in circles, I found out that I forgot to unplug the password haha! Rest assured, it's safe here! Don't worry, just lie down!

This property was absolutely gorgeous. Everything matched the description. The location is easy, friendly and walkable. The house was very clean and cozy. The perfect place to stay when in Chiang Mai. Thank you for allowing us to arrive early since we took the overnight train. Very gracious. Highly recommend!!!! We hope to stay again next time we visit Chiang Mai.

Clean and tidy. Although it is a certain distance from the ancient city, it is very convenient. The entrance of the village is about 5 minutes walk away. The food and beverage supermarket is complete. The room is very private. The upper and lower rooms are completely separated. It is a good choice for two families traveling together.

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

The villa is stunning! We spent two weeks there and didn't want to leave. It looks exactly like the photos and is even more breathtaking in person. All bedrooms have their private bathrooms, which were meticulously clean. The outdoor area is also very cozy, with a private pool cleaned regularly throughout the stay. You can reach the city center via a 10-minute drive. The villa is located in a brand new neighbourhood which can be hard to find by some drivers. But the hosts gave us photo instructions that really helped. The area is very quiet and private, great for relaxation. The hosts were so nice and responsive. They left fruits and water for us, they sent us recommendations for the festive days in Chiang Mai, and they also gave us extra towels when we asked.

The design of the homestay is very tasteful, the combination of modern and natural elements is just right, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing.The room is spacious and cozy.The pool area is also nice, quiet surroundings to relax.Great location, easy to walk or short trip.The overall experience was good and a good area for a little get away

Great secluded spot just outside old town so very walkable. Lucy was fantastic- property manager that met our every needs. Nice for families all in one spot with private pool!

This Airbnb was so beautiful and a great stay for our group of 8 people. Definitely 5/5 stars and just an aesthetic place. Just a few things to note if visiting: the frogs at night are very loud, especially more so in the rooms closest to the living room but ear plugs and playing rain noise on our phones helped a lot. There is a rooster next door as well, but we didn’t totally mind an early wake up. Lastly, the pool is absolutely incredible but when the ground around it gets wet, it is dangerously slippery - just something to note if elderly or children will be visiting. We were just extra careful. I still think this place deserves a 5/5 though bc they are all manageable things and out of their control. It was also exceptional because they allowed for a late check out due to half of our group getting food poisoning and we appreciated that more than anything.

Our whole family really like and enjoy the experience staying at Jane’s place. The villa is beautiful, clean and organized. Different than those modernized villas, the place has a mix of Thai, Chinese and Western styles, contributing to the overall uniqueness. Good fit for big family with both elders and children. Service is another highlight, Jane could always accommodate our demands and easy to reach. And breakfast is good too!

A very beautiful villa with spacious and bright rooms. The kitchen appliances are complete. The swimming pool is very clean. I spent a pleasant time with my friends there.

The location is very good, opposite Ningman One, there is maya mall nearby, easy to go out and eat, it is also convenient to go out and eat, especially praise is that the villa belongs to the noisy and quiet, it is very good that there will be a little noise from the airport near the airport, but at night there should be no flight, just fine!

the house was perfect for a overnight stay or a weekend. it was very private and quiet. we loved the pool and the outside space. the rest of the house was furnished well and was very nice and relaxing. the only thing was it wasn't the cleanest, but still a very nice place.

Thank you so much jay, family-like company for a few days, responded quickly to all my questions and handled it properly, including helping me to pick up the delivery haha.Plus this house, our whole group was very satisfied, the big lawn allows the kids to run wantonly, the clear pool staff is taking care of it daily, it makes me very comfortable having the kids to play, as well as all the snacks, drinks, red wines in the kitchen and living room are all free tastings, it really was a shock!Washing machine, microwave oven, stovetop, kitchenware, tableware (including chopsticks), you should have everything.The details were so touching.The kids were naughty playing with broken curtains and the staff didn't bother us after they fixed it.We will be back again and can't wait to see jay next time.❤️

I had a fantastic stay at this pool villa! It has 5 spacious bedrooms, perfect for accommodating a big group. The private swimming pool is great for relaxing, and there's even a snooker table and card games to keep everyone entertained. With plenty of space, great amenities, and a lively atmosphere, it's the perfect place to make lasting memories. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy yet entertaining stay!

Lovely spot overlooking the lake. Has a beautiful outdoor covered deck with couch, the area is rural so there is not alot to do in the vicinity, we saw this as a positive thing as the location is beautiful and meals are provided. Peaceful and serene, lovely walks around the property.

Amazing place a little outside of Chiang Mai town. After arrival you will be amazed by the hotel like entrance, restaurant on side and pool area with scenic mountains on the back. But there are only 3 bungalows so everything is very private. Host is very friendly and has great recommendations what to do and where to go. There is a fridge with craft beer next to the pool which you can take anytime and just tell the host what you got and pay once you check out. Restaurant was unfortunately closed as we stayed on a Monday but got very good reviews on google so I’m quite sure it will be good and a pity we couldn’t try. The design of the garden blends very well with the nature and the space is actually huge. There is even a pond at the back of the property with quite a nice amount of rare birds to be seen..... recommend if your are a birder. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we’ll be back for sure

This villa was better than in photos. The big pool was very nice to relax after walking in Chiang Mai. Location is good, not too far from town and we can take Grab easily to all shopping areas and night markets. The hosts are very responsive and friendly, they give good local advice and answer questions quickly. If you want nice place that is still close to everything, this villa is good choice.

Our family of 5 loved our stay here. It was very clean, peaceful, and relaxing. Just what we needed!
