A small community of love, every detail and art everywhere. it's like being in a story. Everything is very comfortable and with beautiful sharing spaces: the dollhouse, the balcony, the library, the kiosk, the barbecue, the stairs with fireplace; all with a unique touch. Alicia and Estefano are excellent conversers, so we loved sharing moments with them too and they are looking out for everything personally.

The house is just as it is in the photos, it has all the amenities. Andrea responds immediately when one needs it and Mayerly the person who delivers and receives the house, super friendly.

The accommodation is quite comfortable and has the basics, the only point is that it is close to the airport and you can constantly hear the noise of the planes, it is very loud and the first night it was a little difficult to sleep, Julian provides earplugs but if you are not used to them it can be uncomfortable to sleep. It's the only thing to take into account, the truth is that the price we paid was quite fair and comfortable, recommended if you want to stay a few days. Julian responded quickly and was always very attentive. I am very grateful for letting us stay at his house.

Clean apartment, needs a few things to help keep kitchen maintained while staying there but overall a good experience. The place is very very small but it’s cozy for one small person.

Excellent, the location is a 10/10 There are always people around and always things to do close by. If you arrive well tired and want to get a quick dinner, you only walk 2 minutes and find a lot of food spots. Super safe and breathtaking place

We spent a week at Paula’s apartment. It was absolutely perfect in terms of central location; lots of restaurants nearby;very secure;a comfortable apartment with lovely views and; finally the apartment block had a well equipped gym and pool. We have already rebooked for 2 weeks next year. Highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had stepped into something special. Nestled in the hills near Guatavita, this serene retreat offers more than a stay—it offers an experience. The pictures don’t do it justice. Spotlessly clean, spacious, and full of charm, it was perfect for our group of five. The meals were unforgettable—the baked chicken and BBQ feast were divine, and breakfasts each day were perfect. The “wild” animals added magic, and the staff, warm and attentive, kept the fires glowing. Bring essentials (and marshmallows!) as the road in is rugged and nearby shops are limited. Guatavita, just minutes away, is a gem—don’t miss the tomato soup at La Cava or artisan chocolate at Guataland. This home is a soulful sanctuary filled with love, comfort, and wonder. We came seeking rest and left with memories we’ll treasure forever. We will return.

The apartment and the area corresponding to the gated community is safe and clean. For those who do not drive their own vehicle, you have to walk about 250 m to the bus stops. The place is safe. There are many lines that go to Zipaquirá or Bogotá.

Our stay at Fabian's apartment was absolutely perfect. From the first moment, communication was fast, clear and very cordial, which made the whole process very simple and comfortable. The apartment is as shown in the photos: clean, well-equipped and cozy. You can tell that Fabian takes care of every detail to make guests feel at home. The location is excellent, in a quiet area but with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and transportation. In addition, the building is safe and very well maintained. Throughout the stay, Fabian was always available for any questions, showing great kindness and willingness. I would recommend this place without hesitation and we would definitely return in the future. Thank you for everything!

Excellent self-sustaining cabin and hosts; the cabin is beautiful and the location on the sidewalk is practical for the surroundings; and the view is particularly exceptional. The Hosts -Luiz and Saris- have always been willing to resolve everything that occurs in the cabin or on the property as soon as possible, excellent people. Highly recommended for long or short stays away from the city's regulations and just a few kilometers from two spectacular natural parks of the Sabana Cundiboyacense… Highly recommended experience, service and communication.
