The cottage (85 m²) is located in a former barn, 5 km from Neuville-aux-Bois. Fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) 3 bedrooms (3 single beds, 2 queen beds). Terrace, private garden with no overlooking neighbours, BBQ, boats/paddle boats, fishing, large covered playground, table football, table tennis, musical instruments (drums, guitars, synth, djembes) Flexible hours.

ISC Paris is a 5-minute walk away, and the University of Orléans is a 35-minute tram ride. The studio is on the 2nd floor with no lift. A travel cot is available on request.
