Ideal for a weekend for 2 to discover our beautiful city of Orleans. I offer my fully-equipped accommodation in my absence. Located on the ground floor of a building with pleasant views of a beautiful garden. You can eat outside while respecting the neighborhood (even if I am the only one to enjoy it, it is a common garden). It is in the city center, close to the theater, a 7-minute walk from the Orleans Cathedral. Easy paid or free parking 10 min walk on the banks of the Loire or adjacent streets.

Havre de paix entre Orléans et Pithiviers, dans une clairière de 22 ha en forêt d'Orléans, attenant à notre habitation. Le gîte (85m²) se situe dans une ancienne étable , à 5 km de Neuville aux Bois. Tout équipé (lave linge, lave vaisselle, micro ondes, etc...) 3 chambres (3 lits 90, 2 lits 140 ). Terrasse , jardin privatif sans vis à vis, barbecue, barques/pédalos, pêche, grande aire de jeux à l'abri, baby foot, ping pong, instruments (batterie, guitares, synthé, djembés) Horaires flexibles.

Logement de 45 m2 aménagé dans une ancienne grange et situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Centre ville d’Orléans et quartier de La Source (Universités, BRGM, CNRS...) accessibles en 10mn en voiture ou à vélo (piste cyclable à proximité directe). Le Zénith et Co’Met sont rapidement accessibles à pied. Nombreux commerces à proximité (boulangerie, pharmacie, boucherie, caviste, bar-tabac, Poste, restaurants, supermarchés, zone commerciale etc). Bus à 5/10mn, tram à 15mn à pied.

Vous adorerez le décor élégant de cet hébergement de charme. Au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison , vous auriez un accès complètement indépendant. Ce logement est équipé pour 4 personnes. Vous avez une chambre avec un lit pour 2 personnes ainsi qu'un canapé convertible dans le salon. Nous proposons également l'option Love Room ( bougies , ballon à l'hélium , pétale de rose ) pour 50 euros supplémentaire.(incluant les frais de ménages de 50 euros). Vous disposerez d'un espace à l'extérieur.

Come and recharge your batteries in the countryside in this old barn, which is comfortable and very well-equipped. Ideally located just 1 km from the great forest of Orléans, 20 minutes from the banks of the Loire and the center of Orléans. The house is composed of a fully equipped kitchen that overlooks a living room. There is a bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet and a very spacious bedroom. You can also enjoy the terrace for dining. Parking provided for one car.

In front of the river Loire and 100 metres far from the center of Meung sur Loire. This mariner's house has just been restored and classified 4*. You will find a sauna, a canoe and a municipal swimming pool. The track "Loire by bike" is at 200m. The Chambord Castle is at 20 minutes and the one of Blois is at 40 minutes. It will takes one hour to go to the Beauval zoo. The garden is fully enclosed and landscaped. New 2023 : the bedrooms are equiped with air conditionning.
