The accommodation is included in a renovated 19th century farmhouse, located in Villiers-le-Sec in Nièvre (58) 45 inhabitants, close to the RN151. Comfortable, quiet. Wooded and flowery area. Water park 4 minutes away, hiking, close to Guédelon, Vézelay, La Charité, Nevers and Auxerre, the Nivernais Canal. Located at the gates of the Morvan, near Vézelay, in the hamlet of Flez in Neuffontaines, the gîte "La petite maison" and its garden have a unique unobstructed view of the Nièvre valleys. Warm and friendly, the house has a living room with fireplace with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), 2 bedrooms (one bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed and one bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed and 1 single bed) and a small veranda.

This historic house is elevated, offering you an unobstructed view of the countryside. This is an excellent place to stay if you want to explore the Morvan Regional Park, Vézelay, Guédelon and the Canal du Nivernais, as well as various types of museums. We allow a maximum of two pets per booking.
