The place was so nice, just like the pictures and so clean and location is very convenient, near to super markets, pharmacy, metro and bus stations.. The host answers any questions very fast and is very kind. I loved this place.

What a great resort with so much to do. The condo was spacious and very accommodating as well! We enjoyed it very much. Kani is very communicative as well.

The location of this unit cannot be beat. It's a short walk to virtually all of the monuments, museums, White House, and the Capitol Building. The unit was spotless, everything worked, and the building has some great amenities like a pool and exercise rooms. I wouldn't hesitate to use this unit in this location for another trip to downtown Washington DC. The available parking, in the building, makes it a great spot to just leave your car and spend the rest of your trip on foot.

Stayed in the heart of DC close to monuments so we could see all the sites! This was exactly as described and just what we needed for our vacation—near metro, easy to walk to museums and monuments, and so many places to eat right there!

My family and I stayed at Andy’s place over the Christmas holiday. It was our first time taking a vacation for Christmas and the entire trip was phenomenal. The room was updated and looked much better than the pictures. There is a ton of things to do onsite and nearby. Rooms are assigned at check in. You really don’t have to leave the resort unless you just want to explore the surrounding area. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the surrounding area. The room was clean and very spacious for our family of 5. Andy was a fantastic host and was available as needed. We had an all-around excellent Christmas vacation for a great price!

We stayed Thursday-Sunday and had a wonderful time. This Airbnb was probably one of the cleanest we have stayed in. We arrived via train and walked from the station (20 minutes) to bnb and took an Uber on our way back. Both super swift and efficient. We used the LIME scooters mostly to get around (10-20 minutes ride to museums) and it was super convenient that we were able to park them right beside the bnb. The space was super airy, natural light, and felt very safe -with a code to get into the building and another to get into the apartment. We felt super welcomed by 4 waters in the fridge for us as well. A few cons that are not deal breaker but good to take note of -Lower water pressure -Noisy street (dogs, traffic, city noise) but a sound maker may drain a lot of that out -WiFi connectivity was hard for us (but we did not inquire about it either) -Noisy washer/dryer -but it works well and was so amazing to have!

We stayed at Megan’s place for our sons graduation from UVA. It was an easy drive to and from the grounds and the place itself was spotless and conveniently located to lots of local restaurants, convenience and grocery stores, etc. Also you have to try East of Maui Coffee. They have great coffee but also really great breakfast! The only minor drawback was that we didn’t have great service in the area however there is WiFi available in the house so that helped a lot. It wasn’t a huge issue just something to be aware of especially if you’re relying on gps to get around. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

This was a fabulous place to be based for a few days while I worked in DC. Even though it's near a bustling location with lots of dining options, it's a quiet space and made for great sleeping. I loved the ambiance of the exposed brick walls! I felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to the city.

The caverne is always so clean and comfortable! I always love how dark and soundproof it is since sometimes a Saturday afternoon nap is just what is needed after a long week of early mornings and late nights working and traveling. It is perfect for me and my little companion on our weekend trips to Cumberland. I have never been bothered or felt uncomfortable when I have to take walks any time of the day. There’s a beautiful, very large park less than a 5 minute drive away as well with beautiful wooded walking paths, an inground pool and a lot of other amenities. Allison is very sweet and accommodating and after staying with her several months now for 2 to 3 days at a time, I feel blessed to have found her. Thank you so much for the warm and inviting welcome and the heart felt farewell!❤️🤗

Great place to stay! Very spacious and comfortable, and right down the street from the metro station. Martin is also very friendly and made the check in/check out process super easy. Would absolutely stay here again. Very affordable and a great place for anyone looking to stay in d.c.

T was a fantastic host! Very responsive, easy to communicate with. They met us at check-in, answered all questions, escorted us to apartment. The apartment was EXACTLY as described and EXACTLY what we wanted! We were thrilled with the amenities! We played a LOT of pinball and PacMan. The poolside was relaxing! Very close to inner harbor- we walked there every day. We were lazy and didn’t use transit, instead opting to walk walk walk then Lyft back. We had a car and drove to LP Steamers. It was a laid back girls’ weekend and I wouldn’t have chosen another AirBnB. T’s place checked every box for us Ps it’s also a distinctive tall building so when out walking, you can just eyeball it!

Felt right at home in this stay! The check in process was easy and flexible when I had to check in late. John was helpful and responsive to anything that I needed. Clean, spacious, modern place to stay. Highly recommend
