Whether you are looking for an active holiday or a relaxing break, Les Chouettes is a perfect place to base your holiday. With so much to offer in the surrounding area you won't be short of things to do, and for those days when you just want to stay on site, we have a lovely pool over looking the countryside, to relax by. We are on hand to help should you need us, and are happy to provide information, help you make reservations or even join you for a glass of wine if you fancy some company!

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay at the borders of Dordogne/Haute Vienne and Charente to recharge your batteries as a couple or family. Ideal place for walking in the forest and along the river. You will find in the immediate vicinity: An international golf course (3 km), a tennis court (5 km), equestrian center 2 km away, canoeing activity 1/4 hour away (Montbron) and Lake St Mathieu or Verneuil with beach 20 km away. In the fall, lots of mushrooms for mushroom lovers!

You are located 2 hours from Royan, 1H from Cognac, 30 minutes from Angouleme, 15 minutes from the high charming lakes. You have several hiking trails nearby, including Terra Aventura tours that will allow you to discover the history and heritage of the area.
