Our large estate of 4 gîtes classified 3 stars in furnished tourist accommodation surrounded by hillsides and forests is located in Champagne et Fontaine, in a splendid relaxing countryside. Comfortable cottage offers a relaxing stay for the whole family: swimming pool and beach with deckchairs, large spaces with playgrounds + game rooms with ball pool, bicycles. And in the fall comes the season of mushrooms that are very popular in our region! Relax in a calm and serene environment.

Nestled in a pretty Dordogne village, ideally situated to explore the local area. this charming converted barn offers the ideal retreat for couples or solo travellers and is a 2-minute walk from local shops and bar/restaurant. Accommodation features an open-plan kitchen and sitting room and first-floor bedroom with shower and WC. Air-conditioning ensures year-round comfort. Fibre optic broadband and Smart TV. Private, south-facing courtyard. Not suitable for children or animals.

We are pleased to host you in our recently renovated barn, offering stunning views of the Dronne and the bridge mill, from where you can practice hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, angling, boat rides, swimming... Less than a kilometer away, the village of Tocane offers all amenities. Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.

Cottage set in idyllic water mill

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.
