A 1000 m2 wooded plot with a 10x5 m saltwater pool. Children's games (cabin, rope bridge, climbing wall, slide etc). Free access to a tennis court adjacent to the house. Open barn with ping pong table and 6 bikes available. The house is equipped for 14 people, linens and towels provided.

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.

Welcome to our wooden cabin with its fireplace and boat. The cabin is located on the edge of a pond and next to a forest. Here you will find peace and the sounds of nature. We live in a cul-de-sac in a small hamlet, 2 km from the center of Ronsenac, 5 km from Villebois-Lavalette and 25 min south of Angoulême.
