Holiday rentals with a patio in Cherry Creek, Denver

Jax was a great host and the place was just as described. It’s a peaceful neighborhood with things very close by- like a grocery store. Great value for Denver and would definitely recommend. Downtown is only about a 20 min drive and tons of street parking available in front of the house.

We enjoyed our stay at Jaimi’s place. Great neighborhood location with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Perfect location for our concert at the Broncos stadium. Jaimi was very responsive, directions were very clear and the accommodations were lovely and quiet. Great mattress!

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

Perfect spot for a one night stay! We went to a concert at red rocks and stayed here for the night. It was great to have parking, and the motion sensor lights leading to the back of the house & basement were very helpful! The place is a bit dated but was clean and all we needed for the night.

Mish provided excellent service and reached out proactively both before check-in and a day after check-in to offer any help needed. It was easy to check-in, the place was clean. For the price and proximity to my destination, I would book it again.

We highly recommend Ann’s place! It’s in a convenient and central location within Denver and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful throughout our stay. The house itself is clean, spacious, and very comfortable—more than enough room for two people. Ann was incredibly responsive, kind, and proactive, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. One small note: there in no laundry with this listing, which I hadn’t realized beforehand—but that was entirely my oversight. Overall this is a wonderful home and we truly enjoyed our stay! This airbnb was exactly what we were looking for! It is a quaint private space with a short drive to Denver and its many attractions. Our flight got in earlier than expected and after a quick message to Corey we were able to check in early which was great! Highlights of our stay were the large water dispenser (which we used a TON), the large TV, comfy queen bed, and its affordability! Pictures are very accurate as well as the description of amenities like coffee bar, dishes, etc. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our four night stay at Nicole’s place. The description was accurate and it met our expectations . The bungalow was very close to Denver Airport and also many of the places we wanted to visit in Denver. The neighbourhood was very quiet and felt very safe. It was great to be able to relax in a home environment. Parking in the street or her garage was very easy. Nicole was very responsive and helpful when I asked questions. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Denver in the future.

We loved Derens place . It was FULLY stocked clean and beautiful and uplifting with comfortable beds great kitchen nice outdoor area and a very pleasant living room and a great location close to everything . Deren is responsive and friendly . Would highly recommend this wonderful place !recommend highly

Great neighborhood. We were able to walk to restaurants and a concert in the Empower Stadium. The apartment was cozy with all the amenities to make our stay feel like home

Beautiful home in a good location! Everything was stocked, cleaned, and ready for use! Full kitchen and all cooking utensils along with grill and fire pit fit home entertainment! Hosts were extremely kind and responsive! 10/10 stay! Celebrated our elopement wedding here and can’t wait to return!

We had a great stay at Jennifer's place! It was spotless and exactly as pictured. We booked based on reviews of other families visiting DU students, and location was perfect for quick and easy trips over to campus. Not a lot walkable, but easy street parking and overall the unit was fantastic. Plenty of room with the 2 BR and 2.5 BA. Had coffee each morning on the rooftop deck and enjoyed the two other wrap-around balconies. Our son just graduated, but if we were still visiting campus we would definitely stay again!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sarah’s place. The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—close to great restaurants and just a short walk to Coors Field. It worked out so well for our trip, and the neighborhood had everything we needed. Sarah was a wonderful host—her communication was prompt, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in instructions were easy to follow. You can tell she really cares about making the experience smooth and enjoyable for her guests. The place is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The location is convenient with many good restaurants. Caden is very responsive to our needs as the shower's drain was needed attention and it was fixed asap. We really appreciate her help. The shower was great after the fix. I highly recommend this place to others.

great place to stay for a concert at red rocks, only about 10 minutes away from the park, safe and quite, within walking distance of a nice trail up to a nearby plateau, and Kelly was a responsive and accommodating host

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.

This place was exactly what we needed for our Denver trip. The space was clean and well-maintained. Everything was as described and the host provided many useful recommendations for restaurants and other activities in the area.

If you ever need a place to stay in Denver, you must stay at The Disco Den! Every inch of space here is carefully curated to send you back to a time when things were groovy and fun! There are disco balls, vintage glass, vintage furniture… even the colors scheme will take you back to the disco era! It is located in a quiet neighborhood blocks away from downtown Denver. We came to Denver for the Coldplay concert and this was THE perfect spot for us. Thank you to Mid Mod Mike for a wonderfully appointed space to stay during our visit.
