Walnut Grove Farmhouse, a renovated 1930s era home, is a remnant of an old farm. We are situated on 17 acres of rolling hills with handsome views from the upper pasture along with a stand of 14 walnut trees. Sit a spell on the porch, listen to the trickling brook (a roaring brook when we get significant rain), the sound of birds, the sounds at night and maybe some turkeys will venture through. We are located midway between Franklin and Dillsboro, Sylva, Cullowhee.

Sweet Pea Tiny Home

Such an adorable little little space! It has a queen bed on main level(no loft), little couch, tv, full size kitchen with full size fridge. It was custom built in the summer of 2020 by the Amish, with plenty of attention to detail. We placed it Creekside in our tiny home community. We added a door out the bedroom to have its own little deck and steps to take you out to your own firepit and creek area along with a charcoal grill. It's the cutest little tiny home!
