AWD isn't needed (our Nissan Altima does great) It can be intimidating at first, but you will conquer and in no time enjoy the challenge! The cabin is in a mountain community called Ocona Lake Estates. Located 5 miles from Bryson City and 5 miles from Cherokee NC/ Oconaluftee Visitor. Catoloochee Ski resort is 18 miles.
