A closed entrance with cameras, parking on the premises (we provide keys, but a space is not always guaranteed), and free parking nearby. There is cold water during power outages, the Internet is available without electricity, individual gas heating and underfloor heating (kitchen, bathroom, corridor). The apartment warms up quickly after the power is restored. Quiet, comfortable, calm neighbours. There are coffee shops, a mini-market, ATB (7 minutes), Nova Poshta, and clean drinking water nearby.
