This house is beautiful, had plenty of space, large functional kitchen, comfortable beds and amazing outdoor space. We absolutely loved it and would stay here again!

Great place stayed here and or kids loved the basement. House had everything we needed for our stay and enough room for everyone. Definitely recommend this place to any families looking to stay in the area will be back for our next trip to Spokane!

The place was perfect for my family to gather and have a nice staycation while we were in town for a wedding. Had absolutely everything we needed and more. If we ever find ourselves back in the Spokane Valley, we will book again for sure.

We had an excellent stay here. My toddler son loved the pool, the toys, and the park down the street. The house was well stocked and clean, and I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.

Highly recommend this beautiful spot for a getaway! Grateful for this Airbnb and its hospitable hosts. The space was fantastic for our large group of young adults and young families. Highlights of the space were the spacious kitchen, porch seating, pool area, fire pit, and of course the amazing tree house & zipline! So many special memories made!

The location is magical. Such a wonderful blend of nature and home. The house is easy to navigate, has access to shopping (just a few minutes away) but feels peacefully remote.

we were in town for my son's wedding and had extended family and friends staying with us. Michael was very accommodating to our requests and very responsive when I had questions. His home is very roomy and had lots of space for us all to sleep.

My Daughter and I have been staying at Christy’s BnB last two years It is accessible,private and very clean ,cozy, well supplied cottage and very updated comfortable beds We give Ivanhole cottage a 10 plus ❗️ We always enjoyed the large deck to relax and love the lights Location is close to restaurants and Rosauers grocery store. This was a redemption for home sharing after so prior unpleasant experiences. The home was beautiful and the owners were responsive and helpful in every way. They brought food to feed the animals ln the property and invited my children to help and they brought me their electric kettle when I asked about being able to make tea. I would definitely return next time I am in the Spokane area.

Alyssa was a wonderful host and provided an excellent place to stay. The home was well equipped for all my needs and for the few things I inquired about she was very responsive in making sure I had what I needed. On top of that this place is well located just outside downtown and walkable to several parks, coffee shops, two grocery stores, and several restaurants. If you are planning to stay in Spokane I highly recommend this location.

Great place, as described. Even had some small snacks, coffee pods & laundry soap which was nice! Hardly any check out procedures to follow makes this place a star for us 🌟 easy breezy!!! We will definitely return. We also liked the tv feature which allows you to select your checkout date and automatically logs you out of any apps (Netflix, etc) which I haven’t seen before. Cool! We did not encounter any issues during this stay.

Really enjoyed our stay here! House was in great condition and our young boys enjoyed the garage full of ping pong and the pool table. Space was a bit smaller than we expected inside the house but made up for it with all the great hang out space in the garage and comfortable outside! Would visit again!

Beautiful home and property! Fresh cut flowers were in the home and on the porch, and a box of cookies waited for us on the kitchen counter. Willie was very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed.

James's place was absolutely amazing!! I would pay for it again over and over! It was beautiful, quiet, serene, and about 100% more than my family expected. We are already planning when we can go back.

One of the most beautifully decorated places ive stayed at and view from balcony amazing. ..surpassed description. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds (no traffic noise at all with windows closed, tho could hear distantly while on balcony). Felt safe leaving packed car in driveway. Everything you could need for amenities. Natalya was very hospitable, responsive but not intrusive. We dont travel here regularly but would absolutely stay again if in the area! Far better than a hotel and better price than other comparable airbnb's.

Elana gave us such a great place to stay. My best friend is getting married and we brought him to Spokane for a weekend getaway and it was everything we wanted and more. The yard was absolutely beautiful. I love the split levels and we all appreciated the pool table and jacuzzi! Thank you so much for having us!

We enjoyed our stay, but there was not enough towels or blankets. Also, the trash had not been taken out of the trash bins in the garage in a while it seemed. Overall, was a good place to stay.
