If i could give Alicias place 100 stars i would. It is tucked away in a nice quiet area! The place had such a cozy feel and anything you could possibly need was there. It was immaculately clean!! The linens on the bed were wonderful as well! I wished i could have stayed longer! I hope to visit this place again!

Very unique bed and breakfast in the best way. Tons of space, total privacy, and a fully stocked kitchen! Brandon was very responsive to messages sent on air bnb.

My wife and I had a great stay here. We specifically chose this place for the excellent internet, as my wife needed to work remotely for a day, and it didn’t disappoint. The space was clean, and it was very easy to find parking. However, there were some parking restrictions that were unclear and not well explained in the handbook, especially regarding alternate side parking. It seems to be a remodeled older home that’s divided into two units. Be aware that the floors upstairs are quite creaky, and sounds from the other unit downstairs were noticeable. This didn’t bother us since we’re heavy sleepers, but if you’re a light sleeper, it could be more noticeable. Overall, it was a good stay. Be sure to check out Tanglewood Nature Reserve, it’s only a short drive and offers great hikes.

We stayed there for a week of work. It was centrally located and close to everything we needed. The place was clean, comfortable and peaceful. Yes, we would like to do it again in the future.

Cozy with beautiful views! Barb was a great host. Also the place is very close to town, hikes and many other places. Definitely recommend for a quiet gateway.

Great location for a weekend getaway to check out Ithaca and Watkins glen area. Also the price in comparison to hotels in the area is a great deal as well.

We stayed here ahead of the Corning Wine Glass Marathon and it was the perfect location! There was plenty of parking, it was close to where we needed to go, and it conveniently fit everyone in the family. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit beautiful upstate New York!

Really enjoyed out stay. We were there for a weekend to attend a conference in Horsehead, NY (at the Arnot Mall Event Center). It was convenient, very reasonably priced, and comfortable. The (electric) fireplace was nice at night, the couches were comfy, and definitely wide enough for someone to sleep on (if that was needed), and plenty of space in the house for the 4 adults and 1 toddler who were there.

I have stayed at the same location for several occasions when visiting family. Always a pleasant stay!!! Thank you for extending your place. Quiet, relaxing and within walking distance of downtown.

Miriam’s apartments are our go-to accommodations for our annual trip to Lake Seneca. The location is superb, Miriam is always available to answer questions or offer recommendations, and she was gracious enough to make an additional apartment available to us on the day that we arrived for my additional guests. Thanks a million, Miriam! There is no where else that we would rather stay on our visits to Lake Seneca.

She was so nice, responsive and helpful! Any questions we had she answered and she was very friendly. The place was incredible, the hot tub amazing. We appreciate it cause we know it's hard to maintain! Everything was perfect and you definitely notice that she really cares about the airbnb and takes care of it thinking about the people staying there!! Joan was a great hostess and her place was a 10/10. It had everything we could need with the most spectacular views.

We felt very comfortable at Arnaud's place. The apartment was exactly as described. Everything I needed in the kitchen/bathroom/bedroom/living room was magically there, not to mention the fresh eggs. Both Arnaud and Dave were very responsive to all of my questions and friendly. We loved the hot tub as much as our puppy loved the beautiful and fully fenced in yard. My 7yo daughter loved scootering down street to an ice cream place, as well as to a park with a playground. I wished I had my bike on me since Finger Lakes Trail was just a short walk away. It was a great stay.

the hosts are so warm and welcoming! They think of everything you might need while on vacation! The location is great, close to Watkins Glen!

Third time we’ve stayed here and will again! Bucolic surroundings. Halfway between Ithaca and Trumansburg, we find it very convenient to everything. The property is well maintained and David is a fantastic host. We love all the little extras and the quaint decor.

Great hosts and so kind. Thoughtful down to the last detail. At first we thought their rules were a little intense, but they're understandable and don't really affect the quality of the stay. They're things we would have done anyway. They do offer a crib for folks with kids. We have a 1 year old that has just started walking and the apartment is about 25% baby proof. There were things that needed moved out of baby's touch and more outlet covers would have been ideal. aside from that everything was amazing. We stayed for 5 days and thankfully they had almost everything you could need in the kitchen for cooking. It's just a few driving minutes from downtown and close to everything. But also far enough out where it was quiet and serene. Beautiful area and even better hosts.

Kayla’s place was super cute and very clean. Bed was comfy with room darkening shades so we could sleep in. Easy communication. Would absolutely stay here again!
