Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Cheltenham

We had a lovely stay at Magdalena's place with family. It is so nice having a nice pet-friendly place to stay, with a great big backyard, table tennis table, and everything you need for a very comfortable stay, including a very comfortable living area and beds. Some breakfast and other goodies were much appreciated. Magdalena is a very friendly, responsive and accommodating host.

What a beautiful house. We stayed here because the original property we booked through air bnb (another of Kim’s properties) was unexpectedly unavailable so Kim was good enough to upgrade us free of charge to this house. Location was beautiful, lovely park less than a minute from the house great for our 3 year old. Nice and clean, spacious, lovely garden. My partner was super happy with his 40th birthday trip. Melbourne was awesome we will definitely be back. Thanks Kim we had a great time.

Fantastic location—clean and conveniently close to public transport. The host was always available, day or night, whenever needed. I would recommend this accommodation.

Swift communication with the hosts, reasonable pricing, facilities are as shown on the photos. Recommended if you are visiting Moorabbin or nearby places.

Fantastic place all around. it was spacious, clean and looked exactly like the photos. Location was great, almost felt like it was in the middle of nowhere with the views and distance between neighbours. The sauna was a hit - instructions were easy to follow and a great way to relax. Jay was very responsive whenever I had a question and amenities were as listed. It was overall a fantastic experience for our group!

What a peaceful and beautiful stay! We felt right at home at the George and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and birds singing in the garden. The house is very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Sandringham is a lovely neighbourhood with a nice beach and just a 30 min train ride into the city. Shari was very kind and helpful.

Our first Airbnb stay in Melbourne was a wonderful experience for our family of eight. The decor was cozy and homey, and the kids loved the bunk beds in their room. Everything was comfortable for our six days stay. The bathroom was clean, and all the utensils and kitchen appliances worked well. Our hosts, Ken and Jo, were friendly and helpful—always ready to answer our questions and ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They are truly genuine hosts, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Highly recommended!

What can I say, Robert (and Ernie) were extremely helpful from pre arrival up until departure. Was a beautiful place to stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the city but also far enough away to be quiet. would love to stay again on our next trip, thanks again Robert and Ernie

The place was beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located—just a short walk to restaurants, the beach, and the train station. He was also flexible with our check-out time, which we really appreciated. We booked this accommodation, situated around the corner from our house for an older, dear friend from overseas at her request. She was extremely happy with the unit, saying that it had everything she needed and she had grown very fond of the unit over her five nights. Our stay was an amazing experience, Henfry was very responsive and instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The view was absolutely breathtaking, place was spotless and cosy. Definitely worth every penny, highly recommended.

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean, we had everything we needed, the hosts were incredibly responsive and we were very comfortable.

Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed 5 weeks in the apartment and loved it. It’s bright, airy and has everything we needed to feel at home. Great location in the heart of Hawthorn and so close to train station, trams and lots of great food places. Highly recommend.
