The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

For guests looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, the cottage has a terrace and an unfenced garden. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)

Country House

It is in our wooded park 2.5 hours from Paris that we offer for rent our country house. In nature, crossed by the Gr 4 Santiago de Compostela, our house will offer you a family setting, quiet to rest or work. Tennis courts and swimming pools (open from May 15, closed in September). There are many animals in the park: horses, donkeys, pigs, chickens, etc. BE CAREFUL from June to mid-seven, reservations are by the week from Saturday to Saturday only.
