From the cabin take a short hike to the national forest, hiking trails, waterfalls, and the Chattooga River. You can park at the cabin and enjoy nature without driving to other locations. Pets are welcome (fee per stay). If your looking for a peaceful , REMOTE get away this is for you. AWD OR 4WD is needed to park near the house.

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished 1 bedroom/1 bath 900 sf cottage. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and an additional trundle bed, located in the main room, which comfortably sleeps 2 people. The main room has a living space as well as an adjoining kitchen and dining area. Conveniently located between Highlands and Cashiers North Carolina, guests can enjoy the amenities of both towns as well as nearby hiking at Whiteside Mountain & Glenville lake.

Hike from the cabin to additional waterfalls, bike down Turkey Ridge Road to Opossum Creek Trail and the Five Falls or drive two miles to the Chattooga Belle Farm. The loft offers privacy, pretty views and lots of yard to roam, yet it is still close to great hiking, waterfalls and parks, incredible restaurants and lots of shopping. You’ll love our place because of the high ceilings, the views, the location, and the wide open space. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (with fee). We do have two dogs that roam the property. Ralphy is a dachshund and tank is an energetic black lab.

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.
