Only 3 hours from Paris with many famous chateaux in easy driving distance, Stuart and Patrick have created an oasis of calm. My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. You will appreciate the location and charm of "the little house" so that you have a pleasant stay in our beautiful region. We want you to know that we're doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in, which justifies the cleaning fee.

Studio in a private house.

The studio is on the first floor of our house, with independent entrance (outdoor staircase). Guests can park your car in the courtyard or parking lot nearby if there is no more space in the courtyard. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 de Bourges motorway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station. Charming quiet house on the heights of Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre. Possibility to accommodate 4 people thanks to a separate bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The house also has a large terrace and garden, where you can enjoy an outdoor lounge, deckchairs, and a barbecue. All the basic amenities (sheets, towels, shower gel/shampoo...) are provided with the rental.
