Had a great visit! The check-in directions were very clear, which made my installation simple and enjoyable. The apartment is sublime, modern, and impeccably clean. The location is ideal, close to everything, and despite that, the place is perfectly quiet, without any traffic noise. I felt very welcome and would definitely recommend.

We had a great time at this very cozy place. It is very well thought out. Cooking is really a very nice "plus". We'll be happy to go back.

Well designed for a stop in Orleans. Good location for visiting the city on foot. Quiet place. The accommodation is clean as well as linens. The beds (bed and convertible) are perfect. However, a little effort on the finishes, especially in the bathroom, would be desirable. We had a nice and short stay that we will renew if needed in the area. We enjoyed the great coffee available. Very good accommodation for a short trip near some of the most beautiful castles of the Loire.

I had a great few weeks in this apartment. It has everything you need with a sleek modern kitchen that included all the amenities. The apartment itself is compact and cosy with immediate hot water and heaters in all the rooms. Check-in was a breeze with instructions clearly laid out and hosts on hand to answer any questions with very fast response time. I would have liked for the bath to be useable as a bath but the host says only the shower is functional. The apartment complex is incredibly quiet and peaceful. It’s in a wonderful location right beside the river and the beautiful eglise saint-Martin and just a ten minute walk to the RER station. The best part was the access to two great bikes stored in the private outside area of the apartment. This made travelling to and from the centre of Etampes very quick. (10 min cycle). Otherwise the walk in would have been around 30 mins. I was delighted to have stayed in this apartment and I would definitely go back. Thanks Adrien and Sandra

Very nice and lovely place!

Clean and very comfortable apartment, in a quiet environment while being very close to the center. Great for a visit to Chartres where everything can be done on foot. We had a wonderful weekend there, will definitely come back and will be sure to recommend the address

The accommodation booked for several students was unanimous among young people and their parents. The accommodation is well thought out, the kitchen is well equipped, the toilets are separate from the bathroom (convenient to prepare in the morning) and the bedrooms all offer beautiful volumes.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartment is on a quiet street in Mortagne but easily accessible by foot to everything you need in town. The apartment is really nicely renovated and decorated, and we felt very much at home. Highly recommend staying here for anyone who is visiting le Perche!

Travelling from the south of France to Belgium. This was a great stop for 1 night with a baby of 9 months. The place was easy to find, easy/flexible check-in, all very clean and convenient. Recommendable!

Wonderful place in the center of town. Very walkable to all the attractions in Orléans and the apartment has everything you need. It is in a old house in which you can see the charming stone walls but the interior is very modern and brightly decorated.

A pleasant stay spent in this apartment on the occasion of the 24 Hours of Le Mans motorbikes. This airbnb is offered at a more than reasonable price and is conveniently located in the heart of Ferté-Bernard with a dedicated parking space. In addition to being fully equipped and very well maintained, you have everything you need for your stay to have a great time. It is with great pleasure that we will come back to stay in this apartment! PS: Christophe is really accommodating and very kind!:)

in love very good stay in an intimate place for two very good amenities available the Balneo and the hammam are really excellent . all is extremely clear from the posters everywhere to explain all the programs how it works it's very appreciated all were extremely clean when we arrived is then the love decoration is very charming 😍 a beautiful Paratansaise that I recommend ideally located for discovering the beautiful city of Chartres. the only mini flaw because I'm fussy ( we're always fussy when the service is quality) it's early days in the apartment despite the black occultant it can be for jumping even earlier in the balneo 😃
