We are in a very peaceful spot perfect if you are seeking tranquility and rest and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of a city. We are located in the south of the Haute Vienne close to the Dordogne and Correze borders, with lots of places to visit from charming villages and local markets to Chateaus and nearby cities.

Two bedrooms: 2 queen size beds (160x200) and 1 bed 140x190, fully equipped kitchen, play area, office. Easy parking in front of the house. No smoking, no pets allowed. Cleaning by you (cleaning package €70 on request). Numerous lakes and bodies of water nearby. All shops 5 minutes away.

This atmospheric and spacious apartment of more than 50 m², dating from around 1640, is a wonderful place to stay. Thanks to the authentic, thick stone walls, it stays wonderfully cool in summer. Towels, bedding and kitchen towels are already ready for you, and you are welcome to make free use of our garden and natural swimming pond. And of course: everyone is welcome with us. Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

This cottage is located in a charming village, Pierre Buffiere, 12 minutes from Limoges and 40 minutes from Brive, pleasant with garden and parking, it offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi. You can practice various activities in the surroundings such as fishing, hiking the 3 rivers. The house includes a bedroom upstairs, 140 bed, on the ground floor a 160 sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen, towels, bed linen provided.

You can also fish in the pond.
